Nadia was super available! Great location also for visiting Bologna and Modena. Very clean and tidy house!

Everything is perfect, very clean, comfortable, cozy accommodation, with everything you need. Location: well, there is very close to the house bus stop, to go to the center, bus station and train. Nearby services, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets,etc. The best they, Daniela welcomed us and took care of us very well, Filippo recommended places near the house very good by the way also through the center. Any questions were answered soon. All good.

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.

Comfortable accommodation with the possibility of private parking about 100 meters from the house . Ilenia person is available and accurate in the requested details with great speed in response time. Accommodation near the airport with a few bars nearby

Very nice hosts who also give you privacy. Clean accommodation. Pool is super nice and clean, the garden is well laid out as a screen. The dog Max is very sweet. We felt very comfortable. The car ( also camper) can be parked on the property. And Sergio has given us very good tips for excursions and restaurants. We would love to come back. Best regards to Giancarla and Sergio.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We will definitely return to Julia’s apartment. The location is perfect in the middle of Bologna 2 min walk from all major sites and surrounded by some of the best food on the planet!!! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It’s a perfect space for our family of 4.
