95m² apartment, luxury residence, quiet and secure. Green setting, 10 min walk to the city center. Underground private pkg space. Balcony/L-shaped terrace with view and direct access to gardens, body of water and walk. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.), office space, laundry room (washing machine, washing machine, stretcher, ironing board). Baby equipment (bedding, high chair...). Tram and bus 2 minutes away. Close to Filature, Kinepolis and city center/cc Porte Jeune. We speak English.

Bel appartement de 73 m2 bien agencé situé au calme à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Très belle vue sur le port. 2 chambres avec climatisation et literie de qualité en 140 x 190. Salon avec canapé, méridienne et table basse de marque Bretz. TV led très grand écran (70 pouces soit 177 cm de diagonale) avec accès à RMC sport et à BEINsport. Les lits sont prêts et le linge de toilettes est fourni. Il s'agit d'un appartement NON FUMEUR mais il est possible de fumer juste devant à l'abri.
