Holiday rentals with beach access in Port Antonio

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

Caleva was amazing with communication on any issues that arose and even info on the community. Shemar was sooo helpful on site and truly a GEM. The area is developing so if you rent a car get an SUV for the roads but once you get used to that it's easy. It's quiet, relaxing and simple. Loved it and will likely book again.

I loved my stay at Mango Ridge. Michael is a very responsive and kind host. The property is magical, tucked away in the hill surrounded by abundant nature, and close enough to town to not feel isolated. Highly recommended for the more adventurous and self-sufficient travelers who appreciate simplicity. I also recommend giving yourself more than a couple days in order to adjust to the rhythms of getting around. I was very grateful to have almost a week and was not ready to leave! The view alone is worth the trip.

Donna is truly amazing. She has a great soul and very accommodating. It felt at home and the location by the beach makes this place priceless. It’s right by the beach. You can hear the ocean at night and see the sunset right back the balcony and just a few short steps through an open backyard area with the softest grass. It’s private at the end. We couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

I stayed here when visiting family in Bull Bay. Julia was a fantastic host and the apartment was even better than I expected. The directions she provided were very clear (incl. photos) and I found the location easily. It's in a private community and the property you stay on has it's own security gate. Julia was there to greet me and was very friendly and helpful. The private apartment is neat and clean, it has a kitchen with fridge microwave and kettle. The bed and sheets were very comfortable! There is a desk in the bedroom (and great wifi) which helped when I was working remotely, and a hightop table to eat breakfast at. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels, great hot water. I could tell that Julia thought of many small details that would help her guests be more comfortable. The beautiful private beach is only a few minutes walk away! I honestly could not recommend this place more. This will be my first choice for all future visits! Thank you Julia!

The villa & location was absolutely breathtaking! The ocean sounds were really enticing! The on-site beach access was the perfect location for our elopement and Delroy was sure to be responsive the entire stay! The housekeepers were super kind & we even were gifted a complimentary couples massage that made the trip even more memorable. Our driver was also very cool & down-to-earth and was extremely helpful in making useful stops for groceries and food along the way. We can't wait to return (once the road construction is complete! That was the only downside... slow, bumpy transportation on surrounding roads... but that doesn't take away the 5/5 stars for the pleasant service provided by Serendipity Beach Villa!)

Very comfortable, The workers was very polite and the check-in was done very smoothly. Fantastic views and the surrounding area is a great place to take a walk or run in the morning.

Everything was amazing! Cleveland and Janet are outstanding hosts, both very friendly and genuine people. Cleveland offers rides for a very reasonable fees and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. The area is gorgeous and as a solo female traveller I can’t recommend this area enough in terms of safety. The locals are chatty but always kind. This is totally beyond the hosts control but the area isn’t super quiet at night with bars playing music until around 11 to midnight and animals in the area, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest earplugs :) overall it didn’t have a negative impact on my stay because it just felt like part of the flavour of the area. The value was amazing, the cabin is simple, clean, and beautiful, it’s a perfect spot for those looking to slow down and to get to know a beautiful part of Jamaica with a vibrant culture.

Michelle was extremely communicative and helpful. She even helped us facilitate ordering dinner for pick up on our drive to the property from the airport, as it took us longer than expected. Jacqui the property manager gave us great local recommendations and Deenwright and Patrice were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The kids enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities and the space was very private. The location was great as we were able to explore Frenchman’s cove, Blue lagoon, Winnifred beach, and Somerset Falls. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more local experience than a hotel.
