Really nice place, gorgeous surroundings!

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

We were there in the preseason. 80% of the waterfront shops and places were closed and there were hardly any tourists on the island. The apartment directly on the water included a parking space (for a small fee). So we were always able to park our rental car there and didn't have to look for a parking space. Perfect in the main season. In the village of Sant Jordi there are a lot of "dilapidated" or "run-down" buildings in the side streets. We didn't like that much. Within walking distance was a several kilometers long sandy beach. There you could hike for hours. However, you could not get to the hinterland. The entire coastal area was locked with a fence. It was accessible 10m - 30m along the water. In the village itself there is a small marina, a wide sandy beach and no large hotels. Very pleasant.

Amazing stay! Beautiful apartments and a really peaceful place. Next to the ocean and pools that you can swim to. The area is private and peaceful but there’s not a lot to do in that city.

The place is very nice and tidy and has a beautiful view. Mario was a very nice man, flexible and helpful to the extreme. I highly recommend him to you.

Very good stay for a weekend with the family . Ideal locations

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful place. Our son absolutely loved the pool and cats. Declaring ‘best holiday home ever’ Very comfortable and Alexandra was a 10/10 howto

the apartment is very clean and had what we needed. the fit out is basic but well kept and stocked with essentials. We loved Ses Salines and used it as a base to explore further. We would stay again.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.
