The house was built 2010 with first quality materials. Vertent Nou is situated about 45 minutes from Palma. Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, for example, induction hob.

Can Botana is a quiet, private location in the popular resort of Cala San Vicente. The complex is hidden in the pine trees with well established gardens. There are 12 separate villas with access to a large, shared pool with plenty of sunbeds. You can see the sea from the villa and to walk to the resort takes a couple of minutes.
