Holiday rentals in Port Hope

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night break at Carol Ann’s cottage. From my initial enquiry to questions during our stay, Carol Ann was extremely responsive and super helpful. She popped by to check in and brought us a bin bag when we didn’t have one, we enjoyed chatting with her. The cottage is lovely, excellent amenities and extremely comfortable with lovely views of the lake. We made use of the paddle boat, kayak and SUP. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught small sunfish and bass. Madoc town is just 5 minutes away. It was an ideal spot for us to enjoy some family time, we would definitely stay again! We had a great stay at Bruce's place. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Bruce was very responsive any time we reached out. Some features of the house like the sun room and the big master bedroom were beautiful and we loved it. Neighborhood was very peaceful and safe for late night walks. Overall a great stay and we would be back if we have a chance!

Definitely recommend this cottage to everyone my family and I had an amazing time it was so beautiful I love the scenery especially in the winter wow 20x more gorgeous it was awesome, lot of thing to do, the fire was so nice! Really love this place definitely will be returning!! Dave was amazing host!! Thank you Dave for everything!!

Had a great stay at Eva's place. Eva was very responsive in answering us and also very clear with instructions. The house was kept neat and tidy and location was calm and peaceful. When propane has was out, she was kind enough to get a new one as a replacement. Highly recommend for anyone/family for a weekend getaway. Thanks you Eva for letting us stay at your place.

This is our second time staying here, and Arti's place was perfect for our group of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. The Beltway proved to be a wonderful alternative to walking on icy sidewalks our first evening and had a wonderful peaceful ambiance as opposed to roads and traffic. The place is exactly as advertised and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was incredibly private and the perfect place to get snowed in. The cottage itself is beautiful with ample space and is set up in a very practical way for the space. The pool table was such an awesome touch - we spent a lot of time playing! Will absolutely be back.

My group had a wonderful stay at Xiu’s house. Tons of space, very clean and spacious. Had tons of supplies in the house as well which was nice. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Many bedrooms had their own private bathroom which was a huge bonus! Great place to stay for a bigger group.

Jen's place was a perfect venue for a get together with some old friends. We enjoyed the camp fire, sat on the dock, and took a walk on the nice trail that's just a short walk away. The cottage had everything we needed. Thanks for a great weekend!
