Awesome Beachfront Condo !

8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Public beach access, nightlife, restaurants and bay are all between 25 meter to 160 meter walk. Enjoy South Padre Island to the fullest. Enjoy the seasonal fireworks display from the property without having to leave the property or worry about parking.
