Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.

We are a group of friends and every time we come together to go to the beach pick Arturo's house, we loved it from the first time. The place, location, utilities, Arturo, the staff, ... Honestly there is nothing wrong we can say about the house or our stay. Thank you Arturo and all the staff who made of our stay a lovely memory. We will definitely be back.

This location is well worth it. The space is gorgeous! The location is optimal for a walk to the beach. The sunsets and twilight hour are must experiences.

Carol communicates with you for everything you need, it is suppeeer flexible with the schedules, she has everything to cook in the apartment, super good host. This is our second time staying with her and very happy :)

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Easy check in and comfortable! Very pleased with my stay and hope to use return. There were some water bug problems in the drawers but I think that’s because we were close to the water.

Our stay was fantastic. Franz, he was very kind and attentive, and the property was impeccable and as described. The location was perfect and the little touches made the experience even better.

I was able to relax in a home where the host's sense stood out. The sound of the waves when walking on the beach or when we woke up while watching the sunset made us happy.

Great place to go on family or friends trip

Great place there was water provided to drink, could use a list of recommended places to eat at and times, didn’t know the area but we were able to buy food to cook at home or eat out. Places selling food did t open until 10 am around the area and could use an update on pans, had utensils and plates, bowls. We bought local catfish and sea fish in the area. We did see a gecko inside and were able to get rid ourselves. Other than that, loved the fact we had our own pool it was definitely not busy this time of year. Would come back if the opportunity was there.

Everything was as expected. Great communication (host is bilingual if that it’s important). The villa was well taken care of and maintained well which can be hard to do considering the ocean environment. The complex was also well maintained and very secure and safe.

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.
