Please note that due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Nestled in a quiet St Kilda street, you’ll be delighted with all this place has to offer. Enjoy your stay in this 1950s boutique apartment comprising of open plan living, original timber floors, well designed kitchen and bathroom. Based on the ground floor you will love the north facing entrance, spacious hallway and two generous sized bedrooms with comfy beds topped with high quality linen. Featuring a security entry, free high-speed wifi and a comprehensive list of amenities, you’ll have everything you need to make your stay memorable. Bedrooms: The two generous sized bedrooms sleep a total of four people, the main bedroom with a queen bed and two singles in the second bedroom. All beds are fitted with high quality 1000 thread count sheets and guests receive a fresh set of bath and hand towels. Both rooms have built in wardrobes containing hangers, shelving and enough space to store your luggage. Living Room: Kick back on the comfy couch in front of the gas log fireplace and high definition, flat screen, smart television that comes complete with Netflix. Our comprehensive guide for guests includes the wifi password, instructions on how to use all amenities, as well as our personal recommendations on where to eat, drink and suggestions on what to do in St Kilda. Kitchen: You’ll feel at home with our well-equipped kitchen complete with oven, stainless steel gas cooktop, cooking utensils, serving dishes, appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster), fridge and basic pantry supplies. If you like to clean as you cook, the Earth Choice dishwashing liquid will do the job, or alternatively load the dishwasher and let it take care of the dishes for you. Get your day off to the perfect start with a perfect crema from the Nespresso coffee machine and close out the night with a cup of tea from our complimentary supplies. Bathroom: The stylish bathroom features a monsoon shower head over the bath, impressive lighting and ample bench space to prepare for the day ahead or night out on the town. Don’t worry if you forget your toiletries as the bathroom is stocked with luxurious Thankyou body and hand wash as well as shampoo and conditioner. Workspace: The dining table has plenty of space available to spread out for workaholics or those wanting to stay online between meals! Laundry: If you’re looking to keep on top of your laundry during your stay, the easy to use front-loading washing machine located in the hidden kitchen cupboard is all yours to use with the complimentary washing detergent. You’ll find the clothes rack beside the washing machine which can be placed in front of the gas log fire for quick dry in Winter or outside in the sunshine during Summer. The iron and ironing board are both found in the hallway cupboard. Outdoor Area: Out the front door, the communal outdoor area is the perfect place to sit and bask in the afternoon sunshine whilst reading a book. Alternatively, why not lay on the grass sipping on one of Victoria’s finest wines… or two ;) Car Parking: For those with a car, the adjacent Mitchell Street has parking and is within 50m to 100m of the apartment depending on where you land a spot. Prior to your arrival we will send you a PDF outlining how to access the apartment along with the necessary codes for the key safes. A set of keys are provided to you during your stay and the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy. If you do have an enquiry or any issues arise, we are fully contactable before, during and after your stay. We do however both work full time so the best way to get in touch is via email or SMS and we’ll get back to you at our earliest possible convenience. Above all, we appreciate your privacy and will leave you to yourselves to enjoy all the accommodation, St Kilda and Melbourne has to offer! The apartment is located in St Kilda, with amazing eateries, coffee shops, bars, and Acland Street’s famous cake shops at the doorstep. Become immersed in all St Kilda and Melbourne have to offer. It's a stone's throw to the beach and botanical gardens. There are a plethora of public transport options available within a stone's throw from the front gate. Among these options is the 96 tram from the bottom of Acland Street which takes you straight to the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Numerous tram and bus stops as well as a nearby train station ensure you can get wherever you need. In order to travel on public transport, you will need a Myki card which can be purchased from supporting stores such as local newsagencies or at train stations. We recommended using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps or downloading the Moovit app to your smartphone which provides detailed information on how to get from A to B. For those that love Uber (who doesn’t), St Kilda is a hot spot for Uber driver’s and in turn you’ll never wait too long for a pickup. If you’ve got a car, the adjacent Mitchell Street has 2 and 4 hourly parking and is within 50m to 100m of the apartment depending on where you land a spot. We are also able to provide a parking permit if required. Wherever possible, we aim to provide products that are environmentally friendly and socially conscious to ensure we are both (host and guest) contributing to the global community. One of the great products we use is “Thankyou", a consumer movement that provides a range of high quality, environmentally friendly products with a life-changing opportunity. Each product has a unique code linked to projects Thankyou funds all around the world. Projects that contribute to providing either water, food or health and hygiene training to communities in need. Just steps away from shops, restaurants, gardens, casino, galleries and theatres, you will never be short of something to experience when exploring the surrounding neighbourhoods. This 200+ sqm apartment has a sensible and practical layout, thoughtfully appointed with all the necessities of home. Downstairs is an expansive living space, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We can supply a baby gate for the stairs, highchair, step stool and travel cot on request. We have children's cups, cutlery and crockery. Single fold outs are made in Italy with latex mattress, and are comfortable for adults as well as children. The location and size of the apartment makes it the ideal location to get ready for your wedding day. Room to accommodate all of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (and their dresses!), as well as room for all to get their hair and make up done. A luxurious space to return to and spend your first night as a couple. There are snacks, cereal, Nespresso coffee and tea supplied, as well as a litre of real milk in the full size fridge. Staples in the pantry are provided for your convenience. We can also help you organise a delivery from a supermarket, liquor store or florist to coincide with your arrival. Located in the Arts Precinct of Southbank, behind St Kilda Rd. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, NGV, VCA & ACCA all steps away. Federation Square, Crown and Southgate 10 mins walk. Convention Centre 15 mins walk. South Melbourne Market, Rod Laver Arena & MCG 20 mins walk. Trams, scooter hire & car share at the door. The apartment is located a ten minute stroll from Flinders Street Station, two minutes from the trams of St Kilda Road, two minutes from the Melbourne Bike Share Station at ACCA or there is a car share car parked directly at the front of the building, with several more parked around this block. The Monash/Westgate/Tullamarine freeway is a minute's drive for easy access to all of Melbourne and Victoria by car, if you are planning a visit to the Phillip Island Penguins, the Yarra Valley Wine Region, the Mornington Peninsula or Surf Coast, to name a few. There are two on site undercover carparks if you are a local or have driven from interstate. This is a residential property with a live in building manager and security, who strictly enforce owners corporation Rules. It is not a hotel. Noise complaints will be made by other residents resulting in additional call out charges for security and/or police attendance. If you are a large group intending to make noise after 10.00pm (whether it is inside the apartment, or on your way in and out from the apartment), you really will not enjoy staying here. We like to be upfront with our guests, rather than deal with the hassle for them and us later! You MUST be aged over 28 years to book this property. Spacious Art Deco Apartment Steps from the Beach

The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.
