Carol and Peter are great Hosts. My 2 yo and my family has really enjoyed it there. walking distance from the beach.

The best thing about this accommodation was definitely the location. The balcony with its stunning view of the sea (or bay) was simply paradise. It was an absolute joy to have my morning coffee and breakfast there while taking in the peaceful scenery, and in the evening, watching the sunset was just magical. The apartment itself was well-equipped, and the proximity to the bay below was excellent. The self-check-in process was easy and convenient. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which might be an issue on very hot days—but other than that, everything was great!

I booked Kunal and Richa's place for my parents' stay in Newcastle. The place was very easy to find, the instructions were very clear and informative, making my parents' stay very comfortable!

We had a fantastic stay at Bryce’s apartment in Nelson Bay! The apartment is cozy and very well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from Nelson Bay downtown and Woolworth, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The Landmark Hotel where the apartment is situated offers excellent amenities, including a steam room and a swimming pool, which we enjoyed immensely. There’s also a restaurant in the building, adding to the convenience. Bryce was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the apartment was spotless and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommend staying at Bryce’s place!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Nick’s place! The location was perfect, close to woolies, good restaurants, yet peaceful and cozy. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nick was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. The little touches, like very comfortable bedding and fast Wi-Fi, made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to return in the future. If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay in Nelson Bay, this is it. Highly recommended!

A great location! A fun and homely space with comfy beds and a great shower. My kids loved the rooftop garden - especially the giant chess and hammock. It was a relaxing few days away :)

Michelle’s place was in a fabulous location, a very quick walk to the beach and playground. The apartment pool and tennis court were fabulous and we loved the collection of DVDs, books and kids games and books. Apartment was very well set up.

We always stay at Little Beach for the convenience of walking to Shoal Bay or into Nelson Bay and of course the beaches. The apartment was very spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The pool was also clean with enough seating area and coverage from the sun. I would recommend staying at Marty’s to my friends.

What a wonderful stay ! The location is amazing : fabulous crystal blue beach, paddle renting office, pharmacy, cafes & restaurants - 5 minutes walk Stunning sunset, sunrise & hike - 15 minutes walk The flat is comfortable with a nice living room and dining table, kitchen is well equipped, rooms are comfy. Bathroom has a shower and a bath, toilets are separated and there is even a washing machine. Perfect for a long weekend or weeks ! I definitely recommend and would come back. We loved Port Stephens, and had a lovely dynamic weekend ! Many activities nearby and amazing beaches and viewpoints.

Deborah’s place is perfectly located, just a stone throw away from the Main Street of shoal bay as well as a very walkable distance to the beautiful beaches. It has allowed us to go for an early morning walk to see the sunrise from zenith beach and then up the tomaree summit which was very special☺️ Bathroom was especially nice and spacious and spotless! Deborah also let us know about a local food and wine festival that was on during our stay which was one of many highlights of our stay. Thank you so much Deborah & David!

We had a wonderful stay at Andi's house. The property is brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect, being convenient to everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantasti location so close to beach, restaurant, supermarket & park. Very comfortable space. Loved the linen supplied & access to garage for the boat. Front yard had privacy screen & safe for kids to play. Plenty of on street parking. Just wish it had a tap or shower put in the front area for sand from beach & needs wifi. Will book again, great location & place on the ground level.

Such an amazing place! I would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway! Nicole was such a great host, very responsive and added some extra special touches for us! The apartment is stunning and beautifully located! The rooftop private spa and deck was also a highlight! I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Superb place with great amenities and stunning views. Great bars and restaurants within 20 minutes Uber. Brilliant treks within a short drive and also right out the back of the property.

A great place in the middle of Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. Super easy to get around from here and a nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was in great condition and beautifully done out with soft furnishings, the beds were comfy, kitchen had all that was needed and the garden area was good for our kids. As we had 2 young kids the pool was perfect, the location was close to local amenities and the beach, what more could you ask for. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The views of Fingal Bay were absolutely spectacular, and the short walk to the beach made it even better. We loved having the little grocery store and cafés just downstairs—so convenient. The underground parking and elevator access straight to the second-floor apartment were a huge plus. The large covered balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated how peaceful the area was while still being close to amenities. The only minor issue was sometimes the buses will idle at the bus stop near the apartment and if you have your doors open it can be a bit loud. But it’s only a couple of times per day we noticed it. Definitely recommend the apartment.
