Top cottage! We stayed here for three days. Very cozy house, organized and provided in every detail,well maintained and very clean. In the heart of the historic center and close to the Cape Market. Alessandra is a very helpful person, very nice and friendly. A little house that remains in the heart where we will surely be back. Stefania’s place is wonderful. I loved the location, it is lively and central. Restaurants and bars/cafes everywhere. I was able to walk to all the sites or catch the bus on Via Roma. Supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and a great flea market on Sundays. The terrace was a real delight, as was Stefania herself. I felt like I had a friend in town from the moment I got there. I have my cats with me, and she prepared the flat with litter box, scoop, and cat dishes. She also warned me that the WiFi was weak, but I didn’t think it was, I streamed and had video calls with no difficulty. I only wish I had come during the spring or summer to enjoy time on the terrace more, but for the winter it was very warm and cozy. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the building and in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

An excellent place to stay in Palermo. Close to attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is exactly as pictured and provides an excellent location to explore the city. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Sandro's apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish objets d'art. The beds are sumptuous and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large range-style cooker. The living space is ample and comfortable. But the main delight is Sandro himself - he is the most wonderful host. He is passionate about looking after his guests. He exudes warmth and enthusiasm and genuinely wants to ensure you have a great stay in Palermo.

This beautiful flat is exactly what we are looking for, which provides a stunning sea view balcony and sound of the wave while sleeping. The flat is clean and cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at Eleonora's place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and Eleonora was a fantastic host —very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Location or home and responsiveness of host does not get any better. In my opinion the home could use some kitchen and other general updates to make the stay more enjoyable. However I would book again for the current price without the updates.

We had an incredible time at Giuseppe's secret garden! The apartment is very beautiul.l It has hand-picked furniture and everything you need, from washing machine, to a good heater (we came in February), to a nice kitchen with a big fridge, etc etc etc. The garden is obviously the star of the show. It's a dream. Calm with lemons and oranges, with a nice place to eat or drink a glas of wine. The apartment lies perfectly central in Palermo Sferrecavallo. Just a few steps to the seas, restaurants, bars, shops, a small playground. This place is perfect, if you want to be in Palermo and quickly everywhere but you also want a calm place to stay and relax. It's also perfect if you travel without car. Last but not least Giuseppe and his family are super nice people and perfect hosts. Not only does he speak many languages perfectly, also he provided us with tips, everything we needed for our kid, wine, practical help, while always respecting our privacy. We will come back for sure!

Very well-appointed house and coquettish exterior (several terraces, shower and outdoor toilet) A plus when you come back from the beach which is within walking distance, very clean beach. Francesco very welcoming apart from the language barrier. Accessible narrow path, but you get there quickly. I would recommend it

Great place to stay, great base for exploring the city and despite its central location quiet at night. The roof terrace is a great highlight.

Francesca left clear and precise instructions for check-in, showed concern regarding the building's winter-friendly characteristics (it has no heating), and made this aspect clear at the beginning of the reservation. Francesca also gave us excellent recommendations regarding restaurants, local food, street food, parking, bookstores, and museums to visit in Palermo. The balcony is a highlight of the apartment; having breakfast at the table outside is lovely. My only recommendation would be to invest in an electric heater for the bedroom during the winter months. Francesca left a gas heater at our disposal, but it cannot be used inside the bedroom due to the carbon dioxide generated by burning the gas. Therefore, an electric heater (one that runs on oil inside) would be a good purchase for the apartment.

Very happy stay in Palermo. Impeccable apartment, very well located in the heart of the historic center. As described, well equipped and decorated with great care. Giovanni was very responsive to our requests. Recommended parking was spotless 5 minutes from the apartment. I recommend this address without hesitation

The apartment is perfectly located, close to many restaurants and tourist spots. The check-in instructions were very clear and detailed. The kitchen is well-equipped, which was great. There is some noise from the neighbors, but it’s not an issue in the bedroom, so you’ll have no trouble sleeping. I highly recommend this Airbnb – we had a wonderful time in Palermo!

Great view of Palermo’s cathedral and the mountains beyond. And great location with the colorful Mercato del Capo just steps away. Very quiet and comfortable and fantastic check-in with Giuseppe!

we had a great stay here. nice place to relax, everything you need. short distance to many good places in Palermo. just a small walk to the botanical gardens or central train station. Paolo was really flexible and warm with us right from the start, always there to help if needed. hope to come back one day.

Excellent structure strategically located near the airport, Stefania was friendly and thorough throughout the stay. My daughters were very happy with everything.
