Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Porto Alegre

Alexandre's house is sensational, I'm passionate about it, so much so that it's the third time we've stayed and every time we're surprised with some new detail to add comfort to the guest. The place is a getaway in the middle of the city, it looks like we are in a country house, surrounded by nature and tranquility, but a few meters away from pharmacies, markets, restaurants. The condominium is very safe, the gatehouse warns whenever you have some delivery or Uber, they are extremely cordial. They can book without fear, it's well worth it! And Alexandre is a great host, responds quickly to messages and is very resolute.

This apartment feels like home. Great location and spacious. This was our second time staying in Rafael’s apartment. I do recommend!

Great local! A few observations: Change the photograph, the photo of the advertisement does not give the impression of the place I found. A LOT MORE BEAUTIFUL IN REAL LIFE THAN BY PHOTO, the photo did not demonstrate how beautiful this studio is. The air-conditioning does not count in the summer of arriving in the room, it is slightly cold, it even allowed to sweat sleeping hehe. La Lavanderia has a very complex and time-consuming system to use, I almost thought of going to the mall that is only to pay and use there. I had to download APP that only locked, redo access several times, for being in the lower floor of the building and having a lot of concrete cover the 5G did not take there so it still had to it to the pool area to do this process, and there it is extremely hot even with sun protection. There was no drinking water for the guests, I had to go back to buy because the water from the Porto Alegre tap tastes unhealthy. A market was missing in the building But even with my observations, I would say it's perfect.

The apartment is even better than what the photos show. Spacious, comfortable, complete apartment with all the necessary equipment and of great quality. Very good showers and gas heating. Clean and organized building, close to the mall. The area is very quiet! I thank César for his kindness and attention throughout our stay. Highly recommended place! Thank you!

Pleasant and faithful place to the pictures. Perfectly functioning bathtub and view of Guaíba. Da for quiet sleep, due to the place being very quiet. Comforting bed, good pillows and excellent shower. I recommend to those who wish to sleep quietly with a quiet stay with a clean place!

Our days at Nelson's loft were very pleasant. The accommodations matched the listing exactly: clean, organized and with everything we needed. The host was always attentive, helpful and responsive. I recommend it.
