Perfect holiday apartment, highly recommended! There are three comfortable bedrooms, a clean and tidy large kitchen, fully equipped with kitchenware, equipped with microwave, oven, toaster and large refrigerator, as well as commonly used seasonings, suitable for cooking all local dishes. There are two clean bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and there is a washing machine, dryer and clothes hanger outside. Great location, just 200m from the beach, spacious balcony with views of the beach and palm trees on the street with tropical vibes. About 400m to Aldi and Can Picafort bus stop, easy to get around and lots of shopping. There are lots of restaurants around with great reviews on Google Maps and Xiaohongshu. Here you can comfortably enjoy a slow life full of sun and food. I will stay here again next time I come to Mallorca.

We thank the host, Mr. Miguel is very friendly, sociable, diligent, I recommend these apartments for a relaxing and quiet vacation, the location is perfect, there is no excessive traffic, you can breathe absolute peace, the pool is perfect for sunbathing and giving a dip, all the facilities of the place are clean and it is very good condition. The service of the restaurant is very good, the food is fresh and savor, the staff that serves there are all friendly, and walking a few minutes away there are 2 beaches with turquoise water perfect for vacationing. Perfect place to stay in beautiful surroundings :) Bedroom and balcony along the bay of Cala Pi, which is beautiful and relaxing. The apartment has everything you need and after breakfast on the balcony you can walk 5 minutes to the bay and swim or explore the many sights of the island by car. Great place, very good contact, we will be happy to come back! 10/10

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Port de Pollensa and is so easily accessible to shops, restaurants, taxi and bus service. Jaime was a wonderful host. Replied to messages promptly and was available to sort out questions immediately. Very friendly and approachable. Apartment is comfortable. Woukd have liked more towels as there is a washer but no dryer. However we didnt ask and I imagine if we had they would have been made available. Highly recommend

It was all we could ask for: peace, quiet, a pool and kittens :) even a washing machine! apartment is very tastefully furnished and all rooms look really nice and are comfortable. if/when we come back to mallorca, this will probably be on our list of stays.

The apartment is gorgeous ! Very bright , great views, sea /mountains. Everything you need is available. Very clean and cozy . The shower is like pure wellness after an extensive day of vacation, that's how I wish it ! Communication was 10 stars ! Vacation was perfect ! Highly recommend everything

Had a great time in Mallorca. Enjoyed a holiday and also being able to work well remotely in a very nice house with wonderful garden and roof terrace. Tòfol is very friendly and proactive. Would definitely come back.

Very good stay at Joana's, we felt right at home there! Surrounded by greenery, the surroundings are beautiful. Thanks again to Joana who did everything to ensure that the stay went smoothly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was even bigger and nicer than expected, communication and support was great. During off-season it was a nice and quiet place.

Our stay was superb. It was more then we expected. The village is super nice, cute and authentic and the same goes for Maria's house. We had more than enough space for the 5 off us and the little courtyard is super nice. Everything you need is close by and you can go on hikes to Soller and Tramuntana. I highly recommend Maria's place.

Spacious and very cozy accommodation, small inner courtyard not overlooked. Very clean, well-equipped and as described. Little interest in Manacor but ideal location for visiting the island. Pere is responsive and has been accommodating. We recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Leonor’s apartment. It was very large and spacious, aircon in every room, amazing terrace and pool, as well as having secure parking. The beach was 10min walk and there were some local shops and restaurants nearby as well as a reliable bus into Cala Ratjada. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Our host was very kind, responsive, and great with communication.

Amazing. The owner of the House was very helpful. Super well-equipped home. In the great place for those who want to be far from the confusion. It has a giant pool, very well treated. We just felt there were a lot of mosquitoes getting bitten. It has plenty of space and has everything we need, even those little extras that sometimes are not so necessary to buy. We very much like it, a fairly easy check-in as well as check out. The owner of the house stopped staying until the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

Cristian's accommodation was our home auf Mallorca for 8 days. it's a peaceful appartment located in the 2nd floor (no lift) in a building with 5 more appartments. The street in front of the building is very quiet. no big traffic. The Pool is a common one for the 6 Partien (during our stay in April- only 3 other were used). it's about 20min walking to the main plaza of Portocolom old town with the church and 1 nice bar/Restaurant which was not expensive and quite authentic (many Locals hanging around there). We enjoyed: -wonderfull views from Terrasse - space in the flat with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -easy parking situation in front of the building (at least it April- Easter time, it was easy) - 2 bars/restaurants straight at the beach, 5min walk (S'Arenal and Cafe Blue) - We were lucky to see dolphins in the bay in front of the flat -Easy shopping in local supermarket: EROSKI (3km from the appartment) The Excursions to: - Cala Vargues & Monaster San Salvador

Ralf is a lovable, open-minded person who warmly and generously welcomes his guests. Everything was perfect, and if we were looking for that, Ralf was happy to chat with us a bit. We will definitely stay with him again on occasion.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Spacious, very clean and as described. A beautiful view. Access to the swimming pool from the terrace is nice. I recommend it without hesitating!
