My house is located in the old town, in a building dating back to the 1600s. This is a 3 room apartment, finished renovating in 2018, located on the first floor, consisting of a living room with tv and double sofa bed, a brand new and spacious kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, a large single bed, a wardrobe and a desk, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It's on the first floor without an elevator.

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
