We had a very good time at the accommodation, which is located in a quiet and convenient area for reaching the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and generous in providing us with tips for discovering the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you :-)

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, anticipating the check-in and making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay he gave us useful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and is 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and you are spoiled for choice on where to get umbrellas with sunbeds but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for sunbathing. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are a 10.

We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

very nice accommodation... small but for me and my partner more than enough. We had some misunderstandings but nothing that Serena and Andrea couldn't resolve. There were no cups for breakfast but we managed anyway but for the rest everything was very clean tidy and above all functional. Convenient supermarket a stone's throw from the apartment and a bit of a road for the beaches but it was worth it. Thanks for everything. We were very happy.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Tip for small families! Very nice apartment, which is about 50 m away from the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants and the train are also within walking distance (even with a child). The location is still quiet, you have no noise from beach bars or anything. The equipment is new and modern: air conditioning, fridge, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen-living room, bathroom with washing machine and sea view. The landlords are very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We spent a month in the apartment and partly worked remotely. Even for such a long time, the apartment is spacious enough. Note: 3rd floor; like all objects in the area, this apartment is also close to a train line. Wifi could be better.

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Beautiful experience. Giovanna is very quick to respond and very kind. The house is very nice, very well supplied (there is practically everything for cooking, including tupperware!), quiet and with a nice outdoor space (my dog was practically always there). The area is very quiet and strategic for getting around (15 minutes from Loreto and the sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot). Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We had a wonderful ten days in this apartment. The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the beach and all services. The apartment is well furnished, functional and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster, electric broom, fast Wi-Fi, Sky TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very kind and always available and provided us with all the necessary information. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

We came on vacation to Conero, and we couldn't have chosen better!! The most famous beaches are a 15-minute drive away...Mr. Vincenzo and his wife Silvana are very kind and caring, the house is extremely clean !!! Super equipped kitchen There is everything you need to cook and dishwasher included!! Two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms, large living room and more outdoor space in the garden equipped with barbecue. We really enjoyed the gifts they gave us on our arrival, homemade products. And then they offered us a great dinner of homemade pasta made by them with fresh fish. What can I say... Super recommended!!!!
