Two-room apartment perfect for couples. On the first floor of a house at the beginning of the scenic street, close to supermarkets, shops, bars, and the Saturday morning market square. You can walk five minutes to the Portaccia, the medieval archway that leads to the center of the village, and in another five minutes you can walk to the beach. There are double-glazed windows for thermal and acoustic insulation, and two terraces, one in front of the living area and one at the entrance.

Apartment by the sea of Porto S. Stefano

The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator use) of a building near the port and close to all amenities; it is airy and comfortable, suitable for very short but also extended stays. It is a good starting point to reach every place in the country on foot, even some beaches. Very close to the boardwalk to the islands of Giglio and Giannư. We offer our guests the option to park for only two euros per day in the large public parking lot just a short walk from the apartment

Recently built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids and animals. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it even before Covid 19, now all the more so.
