We were very pleased with the property. It has great location, as it is close to a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the best, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we found everything we needed, including pans, glasses, cutlery, bowls among others. We felt at home during the stay. We plan to come back the next few times.

Casa Roxa is simply amazing in every aspect. Luciano the housekeeper and his mother Francisca are very attentive, Francisca is very attentive at breakfast. Excellent beds and bed and bath linens. Perfect location. The shower on the way back from the beach is a plus, in addition to providing beautiful photos. When you arrive at the house, it's even better than you expected. I highly recommend it and we'll be back soon.

It's a good house, but what made a difference was the host's support. Very attentive, easy to communicate and met all of our requests promptly. Some house faults follow: 1 - no box has a door, after the bath the floor is wet and has no floor towel or floor cloth. 2 - there is a room that is an office that is adapted with a mini double bed with a hard mattress. 3 - suite with a very small double bed. 4 - a few utensils are missing in the kitchen. 5 - single beds are uncomfortable bikes (host provided us with mattresses). 6 - we stayed for 12 days and there was no linen and bath linen for change. 7 - the house has photovoltaic power generation but the owner charges the energy consumption. There everything is electric including the stove in addition to 15 lamps that are accessed all night and there is no way to disconnect. 8 - guests do not have access to the gym. 9 - house for 10 people and 1 space per car. Casa with great potential but lacks attention to these observations

Amazing Beach House close to everything

The space, accommodations, condominium structure and nature are the strengths of the site. But what made everything even more special was the presence of Dé (house clerk who can be hired part to make the meals). She was extremely attentive and helpful, made us very comfortable and prepared our breakfasts and lunch with great affection, not to mention the wonderful spice. The checkin and checkout were super quiet, the space was super clean and it's exactly like in the photos, communication was agile and efficient before and during the stay and the location and amenities of the condominium are great. Surely I would stay in the same property again.

Loft Arraial D'ajuda. 170 meters from the beach

Geo is an experienced hostess and super requests, has always been available and is very present in everyday life for the experience to be super positive. The condominio has a nice pool for everyone who is there and even having 3 houses offers privacy. We spent 1 month super fast in a location very close to the beach (less than 5 minutes). It also had a gym on the next street that was practically a personal (Acqua Fitness), very close to the point of the Hawaiian canoes (Kanaloa Vaa) and the mangrove square to take yoga and fabric lessons. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quieter region but with plenty of things to do even without a car. Also has restaurants and cool coffee places mainly for dinner. :) I thank Geo and the Mermaid's house for an incredible month in Arraial d'Ajuda and wish you very much success! 🫶

I would like to start by highlighting the reception and availability of Marta, who always responds in an agile and attentive way. The house corresponds exactly to the ad: it is new, very well decorated, comfortable and in great shape. It is in a more secluded area, which may make locomotion difficult for those who are not by car. However, the site is extremely quiet, wooded and quiet, providing a very pleasant stay.

The accommodation was perfect. The "Casa Tico" is as shown in the photos. Impeccable in every way, we were very well received by Nara who gave us all the support during the stay, including the organization of the house. The mimes at our front desk delighted us. We will refer all couples who want to enjoy trancoso. Congratulations and thank you for everything!

The house has a cool backyard, a balcony with a hammock that is a delight to stay. Inclusive has a showers in the backyard, which arriving from the beach still yielded a good time in the backyard. The distance was to be expected, but I saw comments about being quick, but I found a significant distance because the sand is very cute, but nothing that gets in the way. The house is well-equipped, but because it was 220 the energy, I missed a dryer in the bathroom. For those who like, there is a small barbecue on the balcony, we love to use the night. The house and yard are a charm and the information to arrive has been certain, just follow what the host tells.

Cozy condo, good location (close to the ferry, shops, laundry, bakery). Surrounded by woods, very good pool, sun loungers, barbecue area. It has no ocean view (as stated in the listing). Beach access is across the avenue and walking ~100 meters, through a community entrance. House with great structure, newly built, 4 large en-suites (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor). Comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens. It has a great private pool and private barbecue area. The host sent us all the guidelines and suggestions about Arraial. She was attentive and responded to all requests that arose. Points to consider: > Stairs to the upper floor are VERY dangerous for children and the elderly. > Pots in poor condition (handles breaking, impregnated with grease). > To be perfect, some accessories are missing: washing machine, freezer for drinks, electric oven. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We would definitely come back.

Very well located place just steps from the beach. The condominium is a pleasant and family environment with a swimming pool at body temperature, wooded and very well maintained. Nildes was very attentive and very accessible throughout the stay. Spacious, airy and very comfortable. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

Great house with amazing (and large) outdoor pool and garden area. Exactly what it looked liked in the photos. Dona Joana met us on arrival and she was very nice. She was always available whenever we needed something during our stay so shout out to her. Secure parking was great. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable. There was nothing we needed that the house didn't have. The outside space was just as beautiful at night as it was during the day and we spent a lot of time there. The space felt safe, too. As there were just the two of us in the house, it would have been good if when we went to bed we could have put the alarm on for the rest of the house. More for our own peace of mind than anything else. All in all though, an amazing property. We had a wonderful week here and would definitely come back again.
