We had a very good welcome. Owner always responsive and very nice. The places were as described! We had a great time there! We highly recommend it.

Wonderful secluded stone house for those who love peace and quiet. We were hosted very well and despite a small water problem during the stay, Valeria and her husband were very responsive and we made sure that the water returned to this little corner of paradise. The place is very well equipped toaster, oven, dishwasher..., everything to have a good time. I would recommend this peaceful place a short walk from the cliffs. We had a great time with my whole family. Top barbecue, waking up with the noise of nature. I couldn't have dreamed better.

Very good communication with the hosts, which makes you feel cared for and you don't have to worry about anything, David told us about the neighborhood, welcomed us at home, prepared the shopping for the first breakfast because we arrived in the morning. The home is amazing, well-maintained, and reflects the character of the city. We felt like we were on a true carefree Italian vacation! I recommend!

Cozy stay with beautiful location. We had a 6-person house that was very spacious. The pool was lovely and neatly clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Worth repeating!

Daniele is a great host, always there to help. We had a wonderful time in the house with all services provided (bbq, swimming pool, airco). The views are incredible, especially during the sunset.

We spent 15 days at Gian Petro and Valeria's house. That was really great. The house has everything you need for the holidays. The garden is nice. Animals nearby are a real plus for the kids. A car is essential to get to the house, and travel through Sardinia. The hosts are very nice and very responsive. We were a group of 10 and spent two weeks with Sara at Villa Elais. The house and the property are great and especially the outdoor area with large pool, sun loungers, bar area, couch and TV are absolutely exceptional. We regularly used the table tennis table and soccer field and also the super gas grill was fired up almost every evening. Sara is a great hostess and really always available and helpful. Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. Her team is on site almost every day and makes sure that the accommodation is always in top shape. Had a great time and can absolutely recommend the villa.

Residence and beautiful setting, close to nature, most beautiful sunset in Sardinia 10 minutes away (Li Cossi), Natalia was very nice and very responsive. Recommended.

A little piece of heaven, exceptional view, quiet and a stone's throw from very cute little coves. In addition, Franscesca and Christian are available hosts and offer good advice. We can't wait to go back to their home for an upcoming trip to Sardinia.

Our vacation week in Stintino was lovely. Located directly on the beach and very quiet, as the neighboring club was closed shortly before the end of September. The beach is 50 m away. By car you can visit some very good restaurants in Stintino in 5 minutes. If you want to walk, a nice pedestrian path leads there along the panoramic road. On the way, plan time for an aperitif in the charming bar by the wayside. We felt super supported by Giovanna at all times and her surprise in the form of an Italian cake pleased us very much.

Great accommodation, in a wonderful location. The house is equipped with everything you need. Beautiful sea view, slightly windy in winter but absolutely fantastic. Ugo is very kind and always available: highly recommended!!!

Very nice stay in Sardinia at Silvio's, very clean house, very well equipped and matches the photos. Silvio is responsive, friendly and flexible on check-in and checkout times. The beaches are very beautiful ( about 45 minutes by car) but especially crowded in August , plan to arrive before 10 a.m. Otherwise, there are also plenty of tours to do, Sassari, Alghero, Castelsardo, Nuraghes, and Romanesque churches.

Highly recommended place!! Agostino and his wife Alba are fantastic people, initially immediately after the friendly welcome, they recommended us where to go, what to visit and what to do, in the evening when we returned from the excursions we never missed a greeting for a beer or two friendly chats. The experience was definitely unique for the place it deserves a lot, (on one side even overlooking the sea) but much more for the friendship that the homeowners give you without asking for anything in return. As someoneelse wrote in a review before me, we arrived as tourists, we went to Friends. We will definitely be back to enjoying this apartment and its wonderful owners!

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!

We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. Antonio was, without doubt, the best airbnb host we have ever had. Even before we arrived he was helping us sort out lots of different experiences for our stay. He went above and beyond, and was more like a local guide than just a host. Utterly delightful and nothing was too much for him. We are hugely grateful and had a wonderful break in this magical part of Sardinia. Thank you Antonio for letting us stay in your home and making it such a special time.

Very nice and cosy place to stay.

We stayed in a villa for 15 days, where everything is planned for a good holiday. Very well equipped accommodation. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. A very large terrace In an environment in the countryside, with fruit trees in the garden, we were able to enjoy it 10 mins to shops, beaches and restaurants We thank the owners and Carlo who was always there to answer all our practical and tourist questions. Fantastic views & amazing house. Quiet place in mountain near Calangianus.

We had a pleasant stay, quiet, without disturbances given the end of the season (end of October). The semi-detached house is as described in the listing. Warning, few shops are open during this period in the "Costa Paradiso" area, but it's not disturbing with organization.

We had a wonderful stay in the cozy, traditional cottage and felt right at home. Since we arrived in the dark, the parking/driveway was not immediately visible, but we were helped right away. We were very friendly at check-in and everything was briefly shown to us. Especially the grounds are very nice and well laid out, we had been able to use everything to ourselves during that time. I can definitely recommend the accommodation, among other things, as there is also a lot to discover in the area.

Martha is a very accommodating host. She empties the garbage daily, is reserved and always very friendly. We forgot a TShirt and she even suggested that she wants to send it (which is not necessary). Just very prudent. The place itself is more than worth the price. The beds are comfortable, the rooms well equipped. The kitchen is conveniently furnished (best to bring your own spices), a dishwasher surprised, which was great. The garden stands out and is beautiful, a terrace with pergola, southern plants and palm trees! The only thing that might be great would be insect repellent on all the windows. The location is very nice to visit the northwest, west and even the Costa Smeralda (1.5h drive). The town of Valledoria has nice opportunities to stroll in the evening. We would book it again if we visit Sardinia again.
