Great apartment. Had everything we needed. Lovely view out to sea. Great bathroom with powerful shower.

The place was amazing! Dan and Alex were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Cramond! As mentioned, the planes can be quite noisy but the hosts kindly left ear plugs which was very useful! The accommodation is stunning - the photos don’t do it justice! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. Cramond itself is absolutely incredible - we had a gorgeous walk over to the island and my 4 year old enjoyed scooting along the sea front. We had a lovely time playing board games in the Cramond Inn too. The house is super-handy for visiting Edinburgh city and the surrounds. I couldn’t recommend it more :)

We were lucky enough to stay at this gem of a place, with gorgeous sea views. The flat is very spacious with a good amount of comfortable furniture. The mattresses are very comfy with plenty of storage space. Bathroom was light and airy with a great, powerful overhead shower in the bath. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the essentials you could need. Full size fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer, if needed. Plenty of parking just outside. So easy to walk into the lovely town. The beach is a stones throw away. It met our needs perfectly. Lucy is a great host and we would highly recommend staying in the flat.

What a wonderful place to stay in Lower Largo. Everything was as described. As the listing says, make sure you have a flashlight to get in around the back where the door is. It is not lit well. Also, as the listing says, you must bring your own shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We loved the location - so close to the beach. Also, there are great restaurants within walking distance of the place. We would definitely return!

We had such a great time during our stay - Helen was so lovely and accommodating. everything was as described, and the location is brilliant. I would definitely recommend and we will be looking to return in the future.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely caravan. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and felt really cosy and welcoming. Everything was just as described, and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Would happily return thank you for a lovely break!

Fabulous holiday. Location is great as its a few minutes walk to the beach and bus stop to Edinburgh. David kindly left biscuits, tea and coffee and there was everything needed for cooking and also to maintain cleaning if felt the need. Everything was thought about so you didn't have too. Lovely and clean cabin. David was very responsive if needed. Access to the cabin was easy as keys were left in a key safe by the front door. Only negative was a constant drip from the sink tap. We resolved this mostly by leaving the plug in at night. Didn't impact our holiday. A previous review mentioned about play passes to access the swimming pool and Haven entertainment unfortunately to access these we needed to pay £58 per adult and £30 something for the kids each. We felt it wasn't worth the money. We went to a leisure pool 30 mins away in Dunbar which was great and had a fabulous wave pool. We're very happy to have chosen this place. I'm sure you will be to.

A beautiful, warm and delightful holiday home. Few mins walk to the beach and on a lovely holiday park with great facilities for children and dogs. Amazingly stocked kitchen equipment and such comfy beds and bedding. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Maggie is an amazing host. We arrived to find groceries already waiting for us and a belated birthday gift for myself. Communication was easy and fast. Kids loved the bonus of the play station and the two ride-on bikes. Easy to catch bus 26 from just outside the park to go into Edinburgh. We loved that the location of the van was close enough to everything of the park but still in a quiet section.

I really enjoyed staying at Manuelas place, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. 👌

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

We had a truly lovely stay at the Cottage! The place had everything we needed and more; beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, and incredibly well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden looked absolutely stunning, it was such a shame we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it properly due to the weather. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach and beautiful walks, ideal for taking the dogs and kids out first thing in the morning. One of the real highlights for us was the bed, honestly, it might be the most comfortable one we’ve ever slept in! All the information provided was super clear, and both Jane and Joyce were incredibly quick and helpful in responding to any questions we had. We truly loved the place – it made our visit feel extra special.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend here. Very dog friendly and really felt like a home from home. Could listen and watch the sea all day with lots of walks and great places to eat nearby. First time I’ve used Airbnb and it was an easy experience. Hosts were great at answering questions and left clear instructions for access etc. Lovely home jn a gorgeous location

Hazel’s place is a cosy homely spot in Portobello, close to all everything. It's a quick 40-minute bus ride to the heart of Edinburgh, which was super convenient. Hazel was always quick to reply and the place was peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep.

Lovely, cosy cottage in a great location just off the High Street. Well equipped and lovely modern decor. Great for walking to local attractions and the other villages in the East Neuk.

We had a lovely long weekend in St Monans: the village is in a beautiful part of the world and the house is in the perfect spot overlooking the harbour. I think a place feels luxurious when the host is generous and James certainly doesn't stint on anything. Lots of towels, lots of crockery and cutlery and the house was warm and welcoming. James responded promptly to our messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Dave and Gica’s place was a dream. Beautiful interior and exterior on a quiet, walkable street just a few minutes walk to the beach! Dave and Gica are great hosts, very welcoming, thoughtful and full of hospitality! Loved the area and building interior; felt right at home! They were able to accommodate an early check-in which I really appreciated. They even thought of me on Easter Sunday and surprised me with a little treat! Highly recommend this spot and I hope to return in the future! 10/10!

Fiona’s cottage was the perfect home away from home for our stay near St. Andrew’s, for the week we were visiting and getting our daughter settled into the University. It was so lovely to be able to sit in the beautiful garden on sunny days or walk to the beach nearby. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve experienced in an Airbnb, and that was so helpful. We would definitely book again for our next visit!
