The villa is located on a fenced estate of 20 hectares (200,000 m2) of farmland and Mediterranean forest, where you can enjoy horses and a herd of sheep. Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.
