The house is in the historic center of Portoferraio, has been recently renovated and can accommodate a maximum of two people. It consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with all the comforts and is 1 minute from the main square but in a quiet area. In 5 minutes walking you can reach the beaches of Le Ghiaie and Le Viste, in 10/15 Padulella and Capobianco. Parking is not available, it is particularly convenient for those who are walking. Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d 'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of open space with terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an outbuilding of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al Mare". The renovation and furnishings have been completed in August 2021 and have focused on pleasantness, comfort, simplicity of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

It is convenient for those who want to get to the island without a car: the port and some beaches are just a few minutes away on foot. Nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
