We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The house was right next to the beach, it was a great choice and had everything one needs for cooking and relaxing. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

Gabriella was a very great hostess, she was very easily accessible even before we arrived and informed us about the weather conditions, she also sent us events on her own, from which we also visited some. She was very considerate with us and our arrival conditions (early check in and late check out) The place was as described, looked like in the pictures and was very clean. The shower was great! We were all 4 very satisfied!

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this place to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Structure located in a quiet area outside the village. Surroundings and views of the hills are beautiful. The apartment has all the comforts and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need (crockery, coffee/tea maker...). Beautiful garden and pool complete this beautiful location. The host was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. Super recommended
