Kick back and relax on the lake in this calm, stylish space. This is our family holiday home lodge that we rent out from time to time. It is incredibly comfortable and in the most stunning location on Ivy Lake in Chichester near the city centre and Goodwood with great access for visiting the South Coast. There is every amenity with the lodge kitted out to a high specification and private parking right outside. Ideally suited to 4 people but there is a large sofa bed to go up to max 6 if needed.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you wake up in our pine clad eco lodge. It has a fully fenced garden. Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
