The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very varied places for many years, and we had never enjoyed so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. Feel like you're in your home, there's absolutely everything! Toys, board games, gadgets of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are stunning… typical Asturian mountain scenery, green, with scattered casitas. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And to finish Maria, the hostess. He's been watching over us at all times. It didn't lack a single detail. We will come back.

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

We had a great time at David's place, the environment is wonderful, very quiet and in turn there are many things to do. The house is impeccable, with everything you need for your stay.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

The house is very nice and very clean. It is just as described, it also has very nice views. Quiet area and with space for parking. Laura was a very caring and kind host. She was aware of all our needs and was always very nice, with very quick responses.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

I can't help but say that it has been a pleasure spending this month in the chalet in Xabi. Both he and his parents are lovely and have responded very well and quickly to the small requests we may have. The house is definitely highly recommended, super comfortable, great beds and having three bathrooms a wonder for the whole family. We would definitely repeat our stay.

Soly has responded immediately to our questions. We have facilitated a high chair and crib. Ideal house to disconnect. Somewhat isolated area, but with a small village 7 minutes by car with shops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The house is accurate to the description. Very spacious and equipped kitchenette. Modern renovated bathrooms with good showers. As a contras I would say that the 2 large beds on the top floor are soft and somewhat uncomfortable.q

Very nice house and perfectly equipped for family holidays. There was nothing missing! Everything is in perfect condition and very nice. A house perfectly located for discovering the beaches of the Asturias and doing beautiful hikes . Nacho is very friendly and communication was easy . I recommend ++++

A fantastic house in a beautiful location. Poo de Llanes is a wonderful place for families with younger children and we had a wonderful time being able to walk to the beach. The house itself is full of character, was in pristine condition, and had everything you’d want or need. Surprisingly big garden too. Isabel is a great host. The place and parking could have been difficult to find with just a map but the instructions and support made this really easy. We appreciated the recommendations too.

Eladio's house is phenomenal located to move around Avilés, Cudillero, Gijón, Oviedo... The house is very cozy, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. It has a patio that allows you to go out and play. Eladio is very nice and always attentive to naotros. Repetiemos 😁

Quiet, pleasant and clean accommodation. Pedro is a very responsive and thoughtful host. Our group of friends had a great vacation in Las Rosas.

The place is perfect, as it appears in more photos and in the description. It had everything, it was comfortable, despite the time in the house it was hot thanks to the heating and everything was in perfect condition. The area is very nice with lots to see and perfect for hiking. In short, we have been very comfortable and have enjoyed these days, we will come back for sure.

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

The house is spacious, the kitchen and dining room in the same space, occupying the first floor, along with a bathroom. The fireplace comes very well for the winter and we use it with the firewood that the hostess left us. The three rooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious, with a sofa included and with exit to a large balcony. The surroundings of the house is landscaped with a pool and a very spacious gazebo to be able to be and eat out. It has a barbecue. I think the price is not bad compared to other houses in the area. I would definitely come back if I'm approaching here again. A very special natural environment for walking and enjoying nature.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here. The view from the house and surroundings are very beautiful and it is in a really good position to visit the coast and mountains. This was our first visit to Asturias and we found it to be a wonderful place and we hope to come back one day!

The house was exactly as described. There’s no WiFi so it’s great for disconnecting. Good for a big group. Plenty of beds.
