Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

We had a lovely weekend break at this beautiful home. It was clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed and more! The location was also perfect for walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. The weather was also fabulous ( but I don't think they provided that! ) I cannot fault this holiday home. Thanks for a lovely stay ... we will definitely return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, so much so that I booked a return visit before I left. The Loft is beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned by a quieter beach. The beach is mostly stony with a bit of sand, but if you walk towards west wittering you soon find sandy beaches if you prefer. The closest entry point to the beach really is two minutes walk. Lots of water sports going on if that’s your thing. The garden is small but well designed, sheltered and catches the sun for most of the day. The outdoor seating is very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has a fridge, hobs, kettle and microwave (no oven fyi). Two can eat inside but four can eat outside on the outdoor seating. I had the most relaxing stay, and can’t wait to go back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Wonderful house The host dean Added some really lovely touches as it was Easter He left everyone an chocolate egg and even a birthday cake for my grandson Couldn’t fault our stay Coffee pods and flavoured tea added bonus as weather was a bit chilly the games room was a kit with the kids Would definitely make another visit

Really lovely cottage right in the centre of town. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, train station and the seafront! We hiked the Seven Sisters, and the cottage is close to the starting point so it was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace adds a lovely, cosy touch! Beds are incredibly comfortable too. No complaints and would happily book again :)

Your Ultimate Holiday Rental at Pevensey Bay

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.

We had the most amazing stay at Eileen's property, Eileen was so kind and so accommodating to us and for that we are grateful, Myself and my children had a great time celebrating New Year's eve, so much to do they didn't want to come home! We had a lovely weekend stay in Sarah and Marks beautiful property to celebrate a friends significant birthday. The house was one of the best air bnb's we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or wished for was there. The house is beautifully decorated, supremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet location with far reaching Sussex countryside views. We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Sarah who were around should you need anything but not intrusive. We can't thank them enough for having us to stay into their stunning home, everything was just perfect. Thank you also for the generous gifts of wine, eggs, birthday cake with candles, local jam, milk and the happy birthday banner, all of which were much appreciated. Thank you so much.

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back
