Nearby wonderful new shopping center '' City PARK''created from former military barracks-barracks town-shops restaurants pubs,discos,swimming pool ..waiting with open arms!!!Art Nouveau tenement house,two large rooms of 24 m, possibility of using the kitchen,bathroom-towels ,internet, tv,garage,parking.DOBRE CHEAP BEER.!!! speaks German and a little English.Nice atmosphere,helpful hand.Explore hosted Euro 2012, has plenty of attractions - loads of shops, restaurants, pubs, discos, cheap beer, swimming pool and much more.The apartment is in an Art Nouveau building, just 8 minutes away on foot the city center and the train station Nearby there is a wonderful new shopping mall “CITY Park” converted from old military barracks – the now pearl of the city.The apartment has two large rooms at your disposal (sq m), You can each use the kitchen. Free, internet, tv, garage, parking space for guests. Bath-towels, bed linen provided.Apart from Polish, I speak German and a little English. SPACIOUS APARTMENT UP TO 8 PEOPLE

Our spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a semi detached house. The owners live on the first floor. The apartment lies in a residential area of Winogrady, within the Stare Miasto district of the city. A walk to the Main Square takes about 30 minutes or 15 minutes by a streetcar or 10 minutes by car/ taxi. Cytadela, the large park on the site of a 19th-century fortified area, is a 3 minute walk away. A car ride to the Poznan Airport takes about 20 minutes and to the Poznan International Fair site about 10 minutes. There are three bedrooms, one with a double size bed, two with twin beds, and a spacious living room with an additional sofa bed to accommodate two more people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, separate toilet room and terrace. Includes Internet WiFi, TV. I would like to offer you a renovated large room with a bathroom and a private entrance from the stairwell, located in an old prewar villa on the Grunwald. The room has 26 m2, it is equipped with floor heating, a new bed for two people, a table, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV and a modern bathroom. There's a tea kettle, coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and silverware. The room is a half floor below the ground floor, with a large window overlooking the garden and greenery.
