Casa Río Borosa is located in the center of the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas in a zone of high ecological value with pines, oaks and a great variety of flora and fauna, where it is frequent to see deer and wild boar. Located a few meters from the Borosa River, where you can bathe in the waterfall of Charco de la Cruna. We are next to the Borosa River Visitor Center. The Hunting Museum and Vinegar Tower Interpretation Center is 1.5 km away. The route of the Borosa River starts at 300 meters.

CASA RURAL IN THE SMELLS, MORATALLA

Charming renovated little house in the middle of the rural village. The house dates back to 1900 and has been completely renovated in 2020. It consists of a main living room, which acts as a kitchen room, above it and in double height on a double height on the wooden structure rises the bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a big jacuzzi. The house is heated by natural gas, in addition to a fireplace. Led lights and indirect lighting are available. You can be inside at 25 degrees while it snows.

Magnificent cottage with pool very close walking distance to downtown Alhambra. Perfect and unbeatable location that provides the tranquility of nature and where you will find 200 meters from the Neptuno shopping center and 1 km from the downtown area and tourist areas. The house has a large living room with a pellet stove, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning , 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Great garden area with pool ,barbecue and beer faucet, parking for vehicles.

Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light streams into the spacious living room from dawn as it faces the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of the village and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 min from town, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 min to Granada and Alhambra, 30 min to coast and 30 min to Sierra Nevada. 10 min to Nevada Mall AND PTS.

The dream of an Andalusian Cortijo

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. To reassure about COVID-19, our home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by Airbnb protocol. About pets, they are allowed but for an additional fee apart from the reservation, check with hosts

Its being surrou Granada, Gojar by tons of services such as: supermarket, coffe shops, pharmacy, bus stop etc. A quiet place where to have a relaxed time and enjoy nature, placed quite close from Sierra de Dilar (Sierra Nevada nature park) Also, Granada´s coast and Sierra Nevada sky station are situated 40 minutes away by car
