Holiday rentals with a patio in Pozzuoli

We (one single, one couple) chose Fabio's place because we wanted to stay somewhere outside of Naples, that had car parking, and was within easy reach of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorento. We also wanted to stay in a building and neighbourhood with character, so that we felt we had a real Italian experience. Fabio's place ticked all the boxes. It was also close to the Leopardi train station that connects with the Naples metro, as well as Sorento which meant we didn't have to drive everywhere. We weren't disappointed. Fabio lives in an amazing historic building, and is renovating his apartment to reflect the area's heritage. We enjoyed coffee and Sfogliatelle in the cafe opposite, 50cm pizza at La Bruna just down the road, travelled into Naples on the light rail, and enjoyed views of Vesuvius and the coastline from our terrace in the evening. Fabio gave us lots of local information and checked in with us daily to make sure all was well. An interesting stay, in a very unique location.

As someone born in Napoli but having spent most of my life traveling the world for work, returning to this city and staying in this accommodation has been nothing short of extraordinary. The terrace is simply breathtaking, offering a view that feels almost unreal. The apartment features two bedrooms—one overlooking a picturesque cityscape and the other seemingly floating above the sea, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Vittorio has been incredibly attentive and always available, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect: right in the heart of the city yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering both tranquility and safety. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner. A truly exceptional stay—I couldn’t recommend it more!

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for 10 days and it was lovely. Plenty of dining space, both inside and outside. Mosquito nets on all the doors and windows allowed us to leave them open all day. The location was perfect - located near shops, restaurants, the port and grocery stores. Check in/check out was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. The second bedroom has two small single beds so I would say that they are best suited for children.

Our experience at Ciro's house was super positive , we found ourselves in a villa very close to the center and downtown where we had commitments , the house is a few minutes away on foot from the university, and a few minutes away is a shopping center served by everything including ATM , with the car that we were able to park inside the villa, we then moved easily since a few minutes away is the entrance of the ring road and about ten minutes away is the caracciolo- Mergellina promenade, The stadium is also reachable on foot . The house is clean and comfortable with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with climate and TV in both rooms. With the accommodation of the university parking lot that prevents a few hundred meters and the metro station that is being born you can stay with a tranquility of the countryside in the city center.

Biagio has created a very beautiful place here. It looks exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable here. There is parking right in front of the door which is very convenient. There are 2 train stations within walking distance. Biagio was a great host. He was very responsive and very helpful. I can definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Had a great stay with my family, Gaetano was very helpful and very ressponsive. Will definitely visit again.

We were looking for a place to recharge and found it.

I stayed in Carmen's house for a week during New Year's Eve. The house was located in a quiet area and at the same time convenient to reach the main tourist areas allowing you to take a nice walk. The house was clean and we were offered two sets of towels and sheets as we would have been there for more than a week which was highly appreciated. In addition, the house offered a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils at home if you wanted to. Since we had the plane in the late afternoon, Carmen was kind enough to allow us to check in in the afternoon and in general was always available and super responsive via messages. Surely if we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

Clean apartment with all the necessary comforts. Corrado welcomed us with extreme kindness and cordiality. He made himself available to wait until late in the evening to show up physically and not through self check-in. He was also immediately available to advise us and respond to our small needs. Very central area and full of restaurants, but at the same time quiet and not very warm at night/night. We'll be back, thank you so much.

I can fully recommend this place and Ciro as a host. This place looks even better in real life than in the pictures. Ciro is a great person, very helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and the beautiful views from both balconies.

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We have stayed at Stefano’s place for impromptu weekend away. It was immaculately prepared and the location.. oh my… if you want to experience the real Naples, this is the place to be. So conveniently located for all major sites and transport hubs, in old building full of character, well tucked away from street noise and therefore very quiet.

We were very happy with this apartment. It’s walking distance from the train station and close to many attractions. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show and is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna is a great hostess. She met us at the front door and had a lot of helpful suggestions for getting around and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.
