Very beautiful, clean place. The village meets demand. gives to pevar the family peacefully, safe surroundings. The beach is excellent, water of the warm sea, practically without waves, different from the beaches of my State. You can bring the breeding. The pool is cool, you get a whole day there. we'll be back next year.

I arrived on Thursday afternoon and left on a Monday morning. The stay is great, air-conditioned in all the rooms, well structured. The only thing we had a bit of difficulty was when it came to the condominium. There are two entrances: one for the condominium and one for external people ( our case) Our concierge was further away, but this information was passed on because we asked a resident, as it was our first time there. In addition, everything is great 👍

The space is a grace. Exactly as in the pictures. All very clean and tidy, comfortable beds. Elma, João's wife, always very attentive. The only problem we had was in the early hours of the first night, lacked power at 4am and only returned at 7 o'clock, and the Mousha held the party. Take repellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, super cozy and very well equipped, ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality. The location is excellent, it is close to everything: beach, market, center and other important points, which made our daily lives much easier. The host, Fernando, was extremely attentive, always available to help and welcomed us with great sympathy. We would definitely go back and recommend too much!

We had a great time in Guaratiba. The beach is very quiet (almost a private beach) and the condominium where the house is located is safe and has the minimum amenities for a good stay (market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, hamburger, restaurant and beach huts). It is also halfway between Prado and Alcobaça (a few minutes' drive). The house is very good, with more than enough space for our family of four, a practical kitchen and a pleasant outdoor area, with a swimming pool and barbecue. The air-conditioning in all the rooms is an important distinguishing feature and the owner (Reinaldo) is super attentive. The house is an excellent option to enjoy all the beauty of the region.

Danilo is a great host and also the homemade, both check in and check out was done flexibly. Very good accommodation with 3 suites and air conditioning in all, a good-sized pool and kitchen near the area. Supermercado Grande nearby which delivers free of charge. I highly recommend!

My first time in Guaratiba, the condominium is very show, all very beautiful, easy access to the beach. Marcelo's house is very comfortable, all new and very clean, the swimming pool is very well positioned getting a very pleasant temperature for a night bath, I highly recommend it and I will definitely return soon.

Casa Luari is simply a paradise in Cumuruxatiba! The stay was wonderful, super functional and comfortable home, with great infrastructure, attentive host, breathtaking look…We spent incredible days, just relaxing, playing volleyball and enjoying the beach in front, with shallow and warm water. The very bahia house is everything and a little more! In advance, it is necessary to highlight how wonderful the house is. The photos that are on airbnb are good, but live the house is SO MUCH better. As soon as we arrived we were impressed by the outdoors, which is "foot in the sand" and leads directly to the beach of cumuruxatiba. The contact of this home with nature is really impressive. About the host: No words! He was the best host we've ever had. Always available to respond quickly, Estevam gave several tips about the city, tours, market, etc., which were very useful for our stay. Every day he came to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Estevam also provided a wonderful employee to take care of the house and make food - which was divine, especially the moqueca! Anyway, the stay was great and we highly recommend the house! We'll definitely be back!

We had an perfect experience in this home. Everything is perfect and true to what was proposed. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is also cozy, quiet, in the middle of nature and close to the beach is fully equipped (from all kitchen utensils to the washing machine, table fans, hair dryer, air conditioning). It had everything we needed to a happy, quiet, and comfortable stay. Excellent and fair price. Friendly owner, helpful and always available. House harmoniously decorated and full of motivations for a happy day. We would come back a thousand times. We highly recommend it Serves 6 people with comfort. Best of all is the breakfast to the sound of the birds and with natural cashew juice harvested in the garden not to mention the barbecue watching the stars.

The house is very good, internally and externally, it has Wi-Fi, which is very important because there is no mobile signal at the location. Mr. Joilso is attentive and always ready to serve guests!! I recommend it!!

I really enjoyed the house! I found the place safe, everything was clean and organized for our arrival. The house is well equipped, with air conditioning working perfectly. One detail that made a difference was already having a full gallon of water waiting for us, in addition to toilet paper available and even a shower in the back, which was super practical. The communication with the host was perfect, always very attentive, and the check in was super easy. The location is also excellent – you can do everything in Cumuruxatiba on foot. Anyway, I only have positives! I highly recommend it and want to come back
