Holiday rentals with a patio in Pragelato

We had a great stay at Romain's apartment. This one is very beautiful, well equipped and very well placed (access to the chairlift is a 2-minute walk away). Romain is very nice, available and accommodating.

After our original hotel fell through, we found Luca's AirBnB under a time pressure yet he was able to provide clear instructions about location and check-in despite the short notice. The apartment was immaculate with everything laid out in a helpful manner. He provided assistance with questions we had and he's a very responsive host. We were all very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed our time there.

Apartments were clean and warm.. 5min to the skifield. Daniel responded quickly to our queries and was very helpful.

Lodging at Elisa's place is something truly special and hard to find. The sheets, rooms, and surfaces exude cleanliness. The space is warm and welcoming, fully equipped with everything one might need—and in abundance. The host was extremely helpful, very courteous, and understanding of our small concerns. We felt completely at home. We can only highly recommend Elisa’s accommodation for your stay in this area.

Very cozy chalet. Perfect for a ski-trip between a group of friends. The kitchen is large and the bedrooms are welcoming and comfortable. 5 minutes from the slopes, but a little bit distant from the city center. However, the location is very peaceful. The host was nice and responsive and we definitely consider coming back.

the time was short and but having had similar experiences in Pragelato it was fine , unfortunately given the poor weather with wind we could not move but I think we will return in the summer when the cold outside the house allows us to hike

We had a great time. The hosts were incredibly friendly, spoke French, English and even a little bit of german. They were very helpful and even offered to help us carry our belongings in the apartment. Even when we were a little louder, they stayed relaxed and understanding. The value for money is unbeatable! We booked the hot tub twice and once a cheese fondue - everything was perfectly organized and a great experience. We would come back back.

I couldn't recommend this apartment enough. It is very well appointed, quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is perfect for summer and winter activities in this beautiful region. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful apartment on the upper floor of the villa. Large garden with playground (much appreciated by my daughter). Super clean house, very responsive host, very appreciated having also found extra attention such as milk, juice and water in the fridge rather than everything you need for breakfast and single use in the bathroom! Highly recommended, we hope to be back soon!

I enormously enjoyed my stay in Francesco's cottage,. It is full of character and offers breathtaking views over the Val Pellice. It has a little balcony, which I enormously enjoyed. The cottage is carved into the rock, and in certain parts of the house one can see the actual rock stone. The bedroom has French doors to the balcony, from where to enjoy the views. The apartment has a lovely sitting room with a chaise-long, a paradise for writers. The city centre is 1.5km downhill, and I enjoyed every single walk, also meeting a fox at night. I am hoping to come back to stay at Francesco's house.

The stay at Casa Losasse was extremely pleasant. Immersed in nature and tranquility, the apartment has a beautiful view of Monviso, it is equipped with everything you need to cook, it is clean and well cared for. Communication with Silvia was effective and fast, flexible in check-in/out times. Calorosissima was the welcome from him and the whole family.

The stay was comfortable and peaceful and charming! I recommend it !

Everything is beautiful

We chose this place for our first family ski stay. The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Very good location in front of the snow. We were able to do everything on foot (you have to ask the concierge for the little tricks) François is a responsive host of great sympathy that I recommend ☺️

Lovely apartment on 2 floors. Large communal area. Quiet location but close to shops and bars. Ski in/ski out. Leavetown and building reception all very good and extremely helpful. Thank you.

Perfect location for skiholiday in Val Thorens. Easy access to/from slopes, and short walking distance to bars and restaurants. The apartment has a high standard and certainly lived up to the expectations. Amongst our group of 8 people, many has been in VT and the alps previously, and they all agreed this is the best location they have stayed at. Celine is also very thorough in following up before and after the stay, making the overall experience perfect. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a really cosy comfortable ski trip here! The flat has been nicely updated since the pictures were taken, and it was super well equipped with pretty much everything you could ever need in the kitchen, along with loads of crockery, mugs and cutlery, so we were never running out! The lounge area caught the sun in the afternoon, the whole place was nice and warm and easy to adjust temperature of the rooms with radiators. It's in a super quiet and peaceful area, no noise late at night at all, and very easy to get from the ski room downstairs to the Perdrix piste. There's even a supermarket on the same block just downstairs! Just all around great - we'll be staying again!

We had a great week of skiing and loved everything about Saint Martin. Georgia is a super responsive host and this was a perfect location.

Great responsiveness from Leavetown. A superb residence in an amazing village!
