The actual place was very nice. The forest, the lake, the house everything was really great. In 20 minutes we were in Prague from the cottage. The local restaurants were also super nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Were able to enjoy the quiet location great with eight people, had a lot of space and always get a quick answer to questions, very satisfied with the vacation

The complex and the castle are super cool and right on the Elbe! On site we were able to enjoy our stay with table tennis, archery and campfire. It was only 20 minutes by car to Prague. Super highly recommended!

We scheduled our stay here for several days so we could spend New Years in Prague. This home enhanced our stay. It is beautiful. The location is beautiful. Communication with the host was easy. She gave us useful information that included how to best enjoy the fireworks display, which was viewing it from the top balcony of her home. It was an incredible experience. The home was designed with the guests comfort in mind; from extremely clean, to a game room, a grand piano (which we did play), movie access, coffee machine, to even a beautiful aquarium.

Perfect stay! The place was clean, stylish and well appointed. The location ideal, the hosts warm and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

Amazing house, made our trip if anything. Hosts were very kind and responsive and gave many recommendations. The house itself was even better than the pictures and the locations was so easy to get in and out of the centre. Would 100% go back, absolutely loved it.

This villa is a real treasure. It is located in a quiet and elegant neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. The stylish decor ensures the highest level of comfort. The spacious living room invites you to linger with its comfortable seating, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything for a pleasant self-catering, and the cozy bedrooms guarantee a good night's sleep. A special highlight is the outdoor area: the spacious garden with comfortable seating, a heated hot tub create an exclusive feel-good atmosphere. There are also two comfortable parking spaces available. Host Lucie convinced exceptional hospitality, helpfulness. She was always available and made sure nothing was missing. An outstanding place to stay.

The house was big and it was all in the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city / old town by car. We were there over the Christmas season now and it was just adorable. The host was very nice and available at all times. We thank you for everything and hope to be back.

Vincent is an excellent host—kind, accommodating, intelligent, and considerate. Both he and his wife were very pleasant. I was slightly surprised that more people were staying in the same apartment, but the other people didn’t restrict me in any way, and it wasn’t an issue after all. The villa’s furnishings are older, which should be taken into account. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved, but despite this, it was a fantastic experience. The house is a stunning example of majestic First Republic villas, offering a glimpse into the luxury of early 20th-century life. It has a large property with a garden, gazebo, aviaries, garages, terraces, and breathtaking views of Prague. Staying there takes you to the atmosphere of pre-war Czechoslovakia for a moment. I can highly recommend this experience.

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew

We felt at home in Alena’s beautiful house — everything was great. The house is clean, functional, and cozy, with an amazing forest right next to it — and it’s just a 30-minute drive from Prague. Alena is an amazing host: very friendly and always responsive. Thank you!
