We had a lovely stay! The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Our host met us when we arrived and was so gracious and helpful! Five Stars!!

The apartment was so cozy, we were grateful for the little local treats that were left for us it was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view of the river from the bedroom windows. The small town was quaint and we enjoyed immensely walking around trying all the amazing restaurants and enjoying the beach. My family and I can’t wait to visit this amazing place again soon!!! Thank you for an amazing little getaway!!

Anabela is such a sweet and kind host, who really made the stay comfortable and at ease. We really appreciated the beautyfull water view and a well stocked kitchen, as we cooked the whole time. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was supportive of walking around in a peacefull area and super close to the beach! Despite it being the winter season and most places not open, we still enjoyed the area and the apartment. Anabela is truly a gem, with such positive and loving energy.

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the ocean. While we were there in October, it rained most of our stay and was very chilly. You could hear the gust of strong winds. The upside was while indoors, we could see the huge waves and the beautiful sunsets. There were not that many people in the area and I was able to get free street parking outside the bldg. Nice restaurants in the area. The only drawback is that if you have a lot of luggage, you'll be climbing 3 flights of stairs. Also the outside building glass entrance door is tricky to open and requires some patience and skill. Thankfully the apt door key lock was easy to open without any effort.

The apartment is fantastic! Very clean and up-to-date, with a wonderful view of the canal right outside your windows. Very easy parking right on the other side of the canal. This canal is less busy than some of the other canals in the town, so nice and quiet in the evenings. At the same time, there are several restaurants right there also, so food is not a problem. We fell in love with this place at first sight and I immediately contacted José to extend our stay for an additional night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSÉ'S BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT!!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO PORTUGAL!

We had a lovely stay in Torriera. The flat is clean and comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy when the sun shines. Joana was a good host, and have us advice on our travel too, which we really appreciated!

Jaime and Mimi were great to work with. Their home in Aveiro was beautiful yet comfortable. A very relaxing holiday and great restaurants near by. The beach and several beach bars were within a few minutes walking from the house.

Very nice location, where unfortunately we could only stay 1 night due to the forest fires. We would therefore like to come back to explore the entire area. The cottage is very nice and has everything. Also lovely seating around the house with a beautiful view of the river. Recommended!

If you want to disconnect and have intimacy, this is the place! a place with nice views, tranquility and space, especially if you are going with a dog! Ours loved the garden and was able to enjoy being loose and without danger of escaping as everything is limited. The house has everything to make it comfortable and nothing is missing! In the space there are two houses: in which you stay you that is the first one you see nothing else enter, and another larger one in front, closer to the garden - swimming pool area, which is closed. But you don't share space with anyone else during your stay. Inside the enclosure there is plenty of room for parking. We checked in and checked out independently, due to the circumstances, although there is usually someone who welcomes you. But communication with Antonio was good at all times. Thank you!

Sjoerd and Joana's house is all you need to disconnect feeling like home. Sjoerd and Joana have lent us their beautiful house where nothing is missing. The village of Quiaos and its beach is perfect for rest, strolling along the beach and sitting in a chiringuito to watch the sunset. From there we were able to hike to Porto, Aveiro or Coimbra. The communication is perfect by highway. Dinners in the patio listening to the sea in the distance will never be forgotten. Silence, rest, nature, beaches, tourism all gathered in one place. Comfortable house, well-equipped kitchen, great game room for adults (also for children). Only the water for the bath in the case of 9 people did not warm enough for the last ones who bathed. Overall, it was a excellent time.

Great large house fully equipped. Sergio was a 5 star host. Would come back again. Loved the fire outside, wished the Nordic tub was a bit warmer but were Canadian n used to much warmer water…lol. Hope to come back again!

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

The space was beautifully designed with amazing style and decor, and the large windows offered breathtaking views of the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the central location made exploring Coimbra so easy. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They provided a pack and play and a booster chair for our son, which made our stay even more convenient. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-equipped, and centrally located place to stay in Coimbra, this is it! Highly recommend!

It was the second time my in-laws stayed in this peaceful and very welcoming home near the beach, it was a great experience without a doubt.

As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra. The apartment is very nice, nicer than the pictures, and very well cared for. It has all kinds of amenities, and the development in which it has many services, although we do not use them. It is next to a beautiful beach, which can be seen from the house Antonio was a very punctual host, we arrived at the house and within a few minutes he arrived to give us the keys and explain the operation. It's a totally recommended place.
