Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praia da Ferrugem

Our stay at Maurício's place was excellent. The house served us and our 3 dogs super well. In addition, it is well-equipped, full of vegetation and well located. It was a great experience. Not to mention Mauritius which was always available and was hospitable and attentive mto with us.

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to beach. We were close to two markets and a gym. It is also minutes from Praia do rosa and garopaba. We use Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a nice, nicer vacation in person.

Our stay at the house was amazing from the moment I booked until the checkout time! Simone was super attentive, flexible and helpful throughout the moment, the house has a spectacular view and is super cosy. You've definitely given us a great time. The house was really divine. Fernanda from before booking was quick to answer. The photos exactly matched the house. He recommended places to eat and do shopping. Both she and Cleusa (who gave us the key) were spotless. Super recommended and we will surely stay in the house again.

The house is extremely well located, next to the center of Praia do Rosa and at the same time with a lush view of the sea and the lagoon. External environment with pool and barbecue grill very good! Well-equipped Le Creuset Dishes and Pots. Of negative point, the lack of maintenance would be the only thing: the electrical part below (we took a few shocks), some spotted towels and very old and uncomfortable living room sofas. Host is very helpful and Mrs. Elena promptly responds and solves everything!

Wonderful house on a lovely beach

Raisa and Augusto are extremely committed to making the accommodation a home. We felt at home during the 7 days we were there. Local is magical for those who like peace and tranquility, without agitation, without noise, only nature and a cozy space. A Dieni, I, and our 2 dogs, (Maria and Manuel) we love the stay. We will be back!

The apartment we stayed is beautiful, smelling, all prepared with details to make the guest at ease since the arrival, which begins with a walk around the property. The outer area is amazing, of a peace, with the noise of the birds. We were still greeted by the dogs, very cute and playful. The location is great for choosing different beaches such as Barra de Ibiraquera, Ribanceira, da Vila, or to jump on the busy night of Garopaba, where the trade is varied. It was a great experience and I intend to return with the whole family

The truth, if you are determined to a very good place, it is this. Rodrigo was most diligent, the Depto is exactly as you see it, the beautiful beach. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family that we decided to stay a few more days!! 100% recommended. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent hosting and well equipped apartment. It is a few meters from Gamboa beach. Excellent restaurants very close to the accommodation. Private parking and new accommodations being built next door. Only two “negative” points: - The water tank appeared to be on top of the listing and any apartment that turned on the shower was a repetitive noise. - There was only one fan for two bedrooms. As the weather was nice mild, it was not necessary to use two. I really enjoyed the hosting and getting to know Gamboa beach, I plan to return soon.

The apartment is very nice, better than the photos! It has everything necessary for a comfortable and quiet stay. The Jacuzzi is divine! The neighborhood is really calm. Somewhat busy. Fabiano was super friendly and helped us with what we needed!

Great experience, the apartment features a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a great bathtub, in addition to the amazing view of the cozy balcony. It also has all the facilities to enjoy the beach of Silveira.

The apartment is very nice and has an exceptional view. It is equipped with everything necessary for a couple, the common spaces are very comfortable. We had to stay one more night because of weather issues and the host always responded very kindly and interested for helping us, it's definitely a place we'd like to come back to.

Impeccable house, we were very well received by João Carlos and his wife, all very clean, everything very top!! Wonderful view, well located house, close to the beach, a wonderful place to rest and enjoy with the family. We highly recommend!!!

Maravillosa casa en Praia do Rosa!!! Ana's house is located in the Lagoa Azul condominium next to the Laguna de Ibiraquera. The place is very accessible from the route and is very comfortable to go to the different beaches (by car is 20 minutes to Praia do Rosa). The house is spacious, comfortable, bright, cool, nicely decorated and equipped, with good beds and showers, everything works perfect, has a pool and a large gallery with grill. It has four en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunks. In total it's five full bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, with dishwasher and freezer. It has an excellent cleaning service (paid separately). The house is very safe because it is inside a condominium. Cerca hay Supercados. Ana was really nice to us and responded quickly. Maria Helena welcomed us and attended us in a super friendly way. It was an unforgettable experience for us and we hope to be able to come back!!! Thank you Ana and Maria Helena!

Our hosting was very quiet and pleasant. The house offers all the amenities and utensils for a good stay, even on rainy days. The balcony surrounded by the trees, with a table for meals and hammocks available was our preferred location. The location is perfect and safe, super close to the main centrinho street, restaurants, markets, etc., and also easily accessible to the beach (18 min by a quiet trail). We don't use the car for anything in six days, avoiding spending on parking lots and also the narrow streets of Rosa, which on busy days can be somewhat challenging. Max was an excellent, helpful and responsive host.

Great little spot!

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!
