Great House in Ilha Comprida

My place is near Supermarket, beach, main avenue, You will love it because it is near the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, Lagoa Adriana with pedal boats and equipment for physical exercises and simple squares but very well looked after . My place is good for couples, families (with kids) furry friends (pets), has space in the back and front where you can store cars or use as a space for leisure; You know what? I don't trade my space for anything.

The house is a house on the sand, close to the beach, 150mts only ! Cozy Mega, One of the strengths for sure is the unique privacy, high walls make you feel free to bathe in the shower and walk in the Garden without worrying. My place, right next to the beach, is in Barra do Ribeira 18 km from Iguape, Ilha longa, Cananeia, Ilha do Cardoso. It is super cozy and safe, fully walled, with plenty of privacy. Ideal for families and kids. Comfortably sleeps 13 people. Pets are so welcome. Large garden, indoor and outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pool. It has chairs that can be used on the beach. Come have days of great peace and have breakfast overlooking the garden.

Entire masonry house, complete with furniture and kitchenware, smartv, wifi internet, mosquito net screens, ceiling and table fans. Electrolux 440-liter new refrigerator. Covered parking space for 3 cars Quiet place 2 blocks from the beach, perfect for rest, relax and also adventures with the family.

Casa no Santuário Ecológico, Barra do Ribeira.

Sobrado, 100 meters from the beach, 3 bedrooms being 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, dining and living room w/tv, cooked kitchen, balcony with barbecue, stove, wood oven, all rooms on the ground floor and with fans, laundry. Spacious backyard, with shower, sleeps more than 4 cars. Ideal house to spend a few days in the middle of nature next to the beach and the river. Pets are welcome, but a fee is charged for the stay.
