Proactive and polite host. Great location. House met expectations. We had a great weekend.

The house is very comfortable and spacious, as in the photos, fully equipped kitchen, screen in all the windows and doors, the showers work well and the outdoor shower is great for taking sand from the beach and to face the hottest days. Comfortable beds. The house has all the amenities I recommend to bring bedding, basic cooking items (oil, salt, coffee,etc...) and hygiene (toilet paper, soap, towels) that are for personal use as Claudio himself guides. The house is very close to the beach by a super quiet path and has saved close lives. Cláudio is a helpful and very kind host who has served us in everything we need quickly, I highly recommend the stay in this paradise! We will certainly return!

Extremely comfortable and pleasant house, we don't miss everything we need to find in the house. Privileged location, you can go to the beach by foot, bakery and a few nearby trades! Casa with total privacy, and I believe that up to 5 parking spaces. We went in 3 truck and we had no problems with the garage. Casa really sleeps 8 people peacefully. Without doubt one of the best in the region !

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this house. And what makes us come back is: the house is beautiful, organized and has everything we need, the hosts are excellent, the location is perfect, and most of all, I can feel at home. We will be back for sure. Thank you Angela and Antonio for the usual hospitality.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

Spacious, airy, clean and very comfortable house. Host Sandra is to be congratulated, as she is polite and very friendly and helpful in communicating with guests. Solomon responsible for checking in, is very attentive and responsible. We really enjoyed staying at Sandra's cottage, super indico!!

The villa super met expectations. Simple place, but all super organized and clean! Quiet and well located place, close to restaurants and easy access to the beaches. Dona Vera, who helps Adriana is very dear and helps with matters of the house if needed. Adriana is very requested and was always attentive so that the stay would be quiet and comfortable. I'll come back other times.

And the second time we stayed at each of Ju, at Jureia. The house is a delight, close to the beach, and a super safe place. The house is simple, with a room, well airy and offers everything you need. The gramadao at the front of the house is perfect. For sure, we will stay other times there. It's worth it.

very cozy house, perfect place to rest with the family and have fun, and of course the education,friendliness and dedication to the guest we received from Dona Eolinda and Fia, made everything different for us to feel at home. And we'll be back soon.

The stay was great, the house is very well equipped, everything clean, the pool great. During our stay, there was almost nothing from mosquitoes (we were on the waning moon). There is no noise, it is very close to a very quiet beach. It is a good house for those who, like us, do not need luxury, but want to be in a nice place. We were in two couples with 4 children in total, between 7 and 15 years old and a granny of 73 (9 people). The market of Compadre is a few houses away and has everything and at a fair price. Douglas is very helpful, as are Hugo and Lena, who live in front and take care of the house. Good choice of stay!

Ana from the very attentive beginning and quick in the answers. Upon arriving there I was received by Marcos, who explained everything to us. The house is very clean, the pool is bigger than in the photo and the best, it is extremely clean, everything working, full kitchen items. I loved the house and the service was impeccable, I'll definitely be back!!!

Very quiet area, close to the sea and a lagoon, good so you don't like much movement. Comfortable and complete house, perfectly accommodated my 10 family members. From the kitchen and some upstairs rooms you can see the ocean. Very nice barbecue area and pool, everyone liked it.

The house is wonderful, I'm already planning to come back soon. I spent an amazing week, I felt at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, it has barbecue and the neighborhood is very safe.

The house is very wide, ventilated, with comfortable internal and external space. It was with great cleaning and with various kitchen appliances. The location is good and a quiet district. The host Sueliy always responded quickly, kindly, and it was very smooth the check-in and check-out. I recommend it!

I loved the house, very well located, the space is very good for children has a very nice backyard, all clean and organized, the house offers everything for a quiet stay, well ventilated space, better that is in the photo, the place is so calm that you can listen to the sea of the house, many colorful birds with its wonderful corners, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach with our 4-year-old daughter, deserted beach, we only had us practically. The island is beautiful and full of attractions, Lucas is very polite and always ready to answer any doubts. I will certainly return super recommend to everyone.

Casa clean and comfortable, very faithful to the announcement. Serves well those who like to be in close contact with nature. The kitchen is complete and the natural water pool has been greatly leveraged. This is my second time at this property and again we were very well served by Anderson.

The stay at Paulo's place was wonderful. Myself and my family had a magical week in that place. My kids had a great time. The house is very well equipped with everything we need for a multi-day stay. O Paulo is a fine people and helped us with everything we need. The place is wonderful...very quiet and beautiful all around. If we go back there... we will certainly stay at Paulo's house again.
