I have been so lucky to be able to stay at this property that I do not know how to start my review!!!! The communication was fast, helpful and friendly. The property is beyond words.......it is amazing. The photos do not do it justice as it is just spectacular and it took my breath away. It is a relaxing and peaceful home that offers everything you could want and more. We were met on arrival and the whole place took my breath away. The home is clean, well looked after and obviously loved and has everything you need plus extra special touches. The gardens are beautiful and perfectly kept. The swimming pool is clean and a wonderful place to relax. The BBQ areas are well kept and thought out and so lovely to be around in the evenings. We had the whole property and my words to describe that are WOW! There were 3 of us and a dog. It is perfect for pets. Thank you for making our family holiday so perfect.

We stayed in the cottage for a week and it was a perfect location for visiting Lagos and surrounding areas. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Neighborhood is quiet at night. House is well outfitted and the backyard is a nice bonus outdoor room.

Carlos and Vitoria’s house is truly a great place to discover the entire Algarve region from. It is a cosy and extremely clean house with a private pool and big terrace . The only small downside was the neighbours dogs barking at night, so if you’re scared of dogs, not a good idea, but it didnt trouble us too much. We also got great restaurants in the area from them which we absolutely loved. Would definetly recommend this house for 2 to 4 people. You will need a rental car to discover the area. Carlos and Vitoria were always very quick to reply and help us in any way we needed. I hope you will enjoy this house and your holliday as much as we did.

Great place to stay! The host is very kind and responsive, communication was excellent. The apartment is stylish, cozy, and tastefully designed with attention to detail. The bed is huge and super comfortable. There’s a lovely garden exit, and the location is just minutes from the lively The Strip. In winter, it was quiet inside, but I guess it might be a bit noisier in summer. Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend!

We had a brilliant time at Bruno's place. we made use of the pool, BBQ and jacuzzi. Everything was included and we wanted for nothing. We hope to stay again soon!

We had a great time at Junio's place. With a short walk to the beach and lots of trails right outside the building, the apartment was ideal for us and our newly adopted dogs. Being on the ground floor made it easy to access the pool, the car parked right outside the unit in the gated area without too much effort. Our puppies enjoyed playing fetch on the large communal terrace too. Great location, nice space and very responsive host.

We had a fantastic stay at Inna's apartment. The location was perfect for accessing the many beaches and very quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was great with everything you could need and good air conditioning throughout. Inna was very responsive to any queries both prior to and during our stay. Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return.

Vivian was very helpful and gave very clear instructions. The house is fabulous and located in a great condominium. Close to the main parts of the city. Wholeheartedly recommended!!

Paula was very friendly and helpful at all times. I was answering all our questions quickly and there was no problem at all. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped with everything and in a quiet area. If we go back in the area we will definitely be back. Everything is great and highly recommended.

My Portuguese home! I stayed for two months - could have stayed longer. The vibe of this place is wonderful, it instantly feels warm and cosy. A place to relax and recalibrate. The gardens are beautiful with lemon trees welcoming you from the entrance, almond trees blossoming and roses surrounding you whilst you dine alfresco. Kathleen was a super host, responsive and attentive. Lilian looked after me on site impeccably, even saving me after I’d locked myself out! Adriano was super friendly when he came weekly to clean the pool and look after the garden. The kitchen is great for home cooking with everything you need. The main shower was delicious and the main bed was like a dream. Everything has been thought about and is setup as a home and not as a airbnb (or hotel). Thanks Kathleen, see you again soon!

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house when it is impeccable, the whole private ground floor with private pool a tenant lives upstairs but has its own access to the outside so no panic,it is a discretion that if you see it once is fine . The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace . We loved the stay at Mickaël's place and will be back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned on several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs ,they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there...we hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or other in any case it can't spoil your stay I think unless a bark bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

Great host and hospitality. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook with. Bathroom tissue could have been stocked better as our stay was 11 days. Other than that minor concern nothing else to report as it was a very great start overall

What a fabulous place to stay. It had everything we needed. Spotless and very well equipped. Beautiful touches in all the rooms. So bright and clean. We loved the outside and used it as much as possible. We had some rain days but being inside was prefect. Comfortable Seating and blankets to use when needed. Felt like home. Would have loved to use the pool but January isn’t the warmest. Definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10 ❤️

We had an amazing stay in Carlos house and felt very much at home. Carlos answered quickly, gave perfectly helpful advice and the check in couldn’t have been easier. We would definitely visit again.

The house is simply totally practical, traditional and very thoughtfully decorated. You have EVERYTHING there. In addition, there are many seating options around and at the house. A beautiful terrain, private and comfortable. Mariska has always been very helpful. And the location is ideal for a holiday to relax. Only 20 minutes to the sea. And also a good location for excursions to the hinterland.

We were allowed to spend the New Year's Eve week in Martina's house and loved it. The house is situated in a very quiet corner of Budens and is beautiful!!!! The whole house is redesigned and very tastefully decorated, everything was clean and we felt super comfortable. The garden and the terrace are a dream, the fireplace gave us warmth in the evening. Communication with Martina was consistently positive, we got recommendations for the area and she was available all the time despite the holidays. Also the check in and check out was flexible. Just great - we'll definitely come back! Thank you thank you thank you.

We were really satisfied, Paolo was always available and responded quickly to questions. The house is very quiet and invites you to relax.

A really nice place! The pool was perfect for our kids. There were even a few games for them Thank you for the bottles on arrival, it was really a very touching gesture! The landscape is very beautiful! In short, nothing to say, it's really a good base for visiting the surrounding cities and beaches while staying away from the city to rest in the evening. The house is cool for summer and there is heating for winter Thank you so much again for this place

We had a wonderful week at Peter's place. We liked the location very much because it was nice and quiet and we could take great little hikes or walk to the beach from there. The comfortable bed was also a highlight and we were happy to lie back in it every day. We would definitely recommend the place and maybe we will be back again. Thank you!
