Excellent apartment! great cost benefit. Balada with barbecue, super spacious, clean, excellent real estate service. It is very close to the beach, it is even possible to see and hear the sea. I went in low season, so it was very quiet and quiet. I loved it and plan to return.

Me and my family love this beach, and this apartment is at the point I like the most. It crosses the street and is already in the sea (at the end of the bomb beach), and beside the beach of the wrapping, and pond. We went on foot on the beach of the grave and 4 islands. 4 islands we had a great time with the waves, and in the pond many beautiful little fish! has a market next door, pharmacies, restaurants and shops, all close by. We went to the Ribeiro walkway too, it's a little further away, but you don't even feel it, as you get distracted on the way. We made trail close to the apt, in the grave, and on the 4 islands. we enjoy intensely every day. you enjoy the day at night, illuminated beaches. In the apartment we all slept well on the mattresses. we went in 5. We were well served and welcomed by everyone!

The super listing served me and my family, all very clean and organizing. Perfect location, close to the beach and the center. You can do everything on foot. Guilherme is always very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is simply wonderful, all exactly as in the pictures. The location is very good, close to everything, close to the beach. Claudia and her husband were very attentive, gentle, they removed all my doubts and were super flexible. When we entered the apartment there was a super cute little note on the table.

Michele is very attentive! The apartment is very nice, airy, easy access. Anyway, it's like the one advertised. There is only one detail: an air-conditioner is very noisy.

Our stay was perfect, perfect,clean,organized...exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is as published, it is inside a very safe and clean condominium. We had our own cochera, the pool always clean, there is also a game room with pool and metegol. It is located 2 blocks from the beach and the main street of downtown where it is full of shops with good prices. The apartment has an authorized key, 2 bedrooms ( one with own bathroom) both with air, full kitchen with utensils, dining room and living room with smart TV ( netflix, YouTube, etc.) and air conditioning. Excellent wifi, Laundry room with washing machine, water filter (very important) Iron, hair dryer and beach kit (cart with 4 lounge chairs) all inclusive. Everything is clean and in pristine condition. The only thing I would recommend is to welcome guests with some element of hygiene ( soap in the bathrooms, etc) Super Recommended and grateful. The apartment counts

We very much like the stay, taking out some misconceptions due to neighbors, but it went well, the place is like the description, everything working perfectly, we find more shots just missing! Juliana was attentive mto from the beginning of the rental, she gave us all the necessary support! We hope to be back for sure!

The space is excellent, everything was clean, I only had problems with the refrigerator because it was leaking water, and as I was with an old person it was complicated, because I was afraid of him falling, and I had to keep drying water on the kitchen floor, but other than that the rest was great!!!
