Exceptional house. Very spacious rooms and bedrooms as well. It had clean towels although sheets did not but as we carried ours there was no inconvenience. We loved the house and the tranquility of the environment. Very grateful for receiving us so well. We'll be back.

Excellent location. In front of the sea, in a safe, clean place, great for children and tb for exercise. Casa Boa, as in the ad, however, there are a few items missing in the kitchen, in our case, which we love to cook when we travel to the beach and enjoy the dishes of the sea!

Murilo is very accessible and kind, the house is great and my family fit comfortably and the location is very good for those who go to Beto Carreiro

The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. All very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great differential. Although the swimming pool was small was widely used and was delicious. All air-conditioned surroundings that worked very well. Essential for the heat of BC. We will return with certainty and are curious to know the other spaces of host Luci, who has always been cordial and quick in the answers. Note 10.

We easily found the house following the location that Iury passed us, we were able to talk and get right in relation to the check-in, always quickly answering our doubts, organized and spacious house, right next to the beach, home with all the utensils, meeting our needs well, there is a very close market too, everything very good, I recommend for sure !!!

Condominium with excellent structure, swimming pool, toy library, sports court and playground great for children - It is worth saying that very well organized and not tumultuous even in high season. Bonuses for the convenience store that you have in the condominium as well. About the apartment: great! Very well equipped, it has EVERYTHING! Everything of excellent quality, coffee maker, teapot, strainer, hairdryer, electro-portable at last… an excellent choice, I would certainly return.

We love our week in the apartment. It was super clean, tidy and corresponded with the advertised. Tasty and peaceful place with a wonderful pool. Nádia always very willing and dear, responded quickly to the msg and the communication was great, serving us in everything that was needed. We will definitely return.

Luiz was very receptive, supporting us in all the doubts we had. The apartment is very well located, the structure of the building is great, very safe. Very close to the beach and well located to markets and pharmacies. Super recommend and hope to return soon.

Simply an excellent choice to enjoy family days! Iara is a super host, always responding immediately and assisting us when necessary. The space is very cozy and connected to nature, a very good location especially for those who will enjoy the nights in the Green Valley (it does not catch traffic because it is against flow), Mrs Vanilza was very attentive and always provided all the necessary support for our people. We had a good stay on site, and I recommend the stay.

Great house, air-conditioning in all rooms, freezing perfectly. The house is complete with virtually all utensils. As the floor ranges a little bit, but it doesn't bother TBM. Kind, flexible host with schedules.

We spent a great week in Penha and a lot thanks to the care Hosts have about the location. Impeccable Cleaning, close to the beach and a lot of affection in every corner of the hut. In addition, hosts have provided a complete newsletter about the area and attractions. The very few setbacks we had were related to being close to nature (insects) and/or were quickly resolved by the hosts. Perhaps the only point to highlight about the site is access to the mezzanine down the stairs that can be an impediment for people with mobility issues or older couples. So our experience could not be better, 100% recommended and we hope to return soon.
