Holiday rentals in Praia de Cima

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

We rented Everson and Priscilla's place for 45 days! We are looking for a quiet spot with space to spend our vacation with kids and pets. From the photos we already liked the house, when we got there, it exceeded our expectations even more! All new, very clean, a very comfortable house with wonderful energy! The owners are very special people and gave us all the attention throughout the stay, resolved everything and were very considerate and kind. Wonderful people! Finally the only boring part was having to leave!!! We already miss the days we were there! We hope to spend more days in this special place soon! One of the best things is the view from all sides of the house, the huge living room, and the kitchen with barbecue inside the house! We love it! Gratitude dear Priscilla and Everson for all the affection and attention! Our family felt embraced every day! 🙏🏻❤️

The house is very comfortable and comfortable! It is located near the center of Guarda and the beach. it also has everything you need and more to enjoy the place. Kali and her assistant always answeraro immediate to help us. The best part of the house is the barbecue, excellent place to share!!!

We were greeted by Miguel and he is a sensational guy!! Casa eh as in the photos, has a spectacular view!! Super private and we woke up to the noise of the birds and slept with the sound of the sea! Unmatched peace!! We love it and will be back soon!!

We spent amazing days. Five highlights: 1) The vibrancy of the place is very good, 2) The location is privileged because it is outside of the great common traffic jams in Floripa on seasonal days, 3) The condominium is quiet and safe, 4) The apartment was in perfect order and super comfortable, 5) The view is inspiring and unforgettable. In addition to the host being extremely courteous and considerate. Great!!!!

The stay at Alexandre's place was excellent, top notch and he was super responsive.

I will definitely return, clean and organized well-equipped house, as in the Photos, wonderful place in front of the beach, clean sea, good for those who want to rest without excitement, the house is great for pets and children with huge yard I was very happy with the place I felt at home !
