Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Abaís

Great apartment on the fifth floor of a super quiet residential with a large pool, which the children loved. The apartment is large, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the kitchen is very well-equipped (Airfryer). Eduardo received us for the delivery of the key and gave a great presentation of the apartment. The location is great, very close to Artists Beach, by car, on the waterfront of Atalaia. This is a beach that allows you to stay very close to the sea, unlike others we visit. In addition, there is a large shopping mall with a supermarket nearby and the center is only 10 minutes by car from the residential area. In short: note 10.

Well-equipped, clean and tidy Apt with everything you need for a stay. Very good to have protective screens at the veranda and windows of the rooms. Condomínio has a good swimming pool, game room and children's playground. My family and I really like the place. I highly recommend it. Good cost x benefit.

The condominium is very familiar and has excellent structure. Kaio was very attentive to us, the checkin was simple, the flat was clean and with what we need. I hope to return soon.

Our stay was great

Flexible check-in with electronic lock. The hotel is in front of cinelândia beach (5 minutes walk) the apartment is spacious and contains all everyday utensils (iron, cutlery, glasses, plates, microwave, etc). All very clean and organized. i recommend the stay and I will come back more often
