Great value for money! The place is exactly like the pictures and is worth the price you are charged. Although it is not a large apartment, it has 2 bedrooms and a good living room, in addition to air conditioning, which is essential at this time of the year. The apartment was clean and in good condition. The best part is the location. In my opinion, the corner of the fort is the quietest to stay in Praia Grande, even at the end of the year. The apartment is a block and a half from the beach, with ice cream and restaurant on the same street, as well as a pharmacy and market (carrefour express) on the back street, which is the main avenue, with several restaurants, cafes, etc. You don't have to use the car for nothing! Finally, Nei was a great host, being totally available, answering us extremely quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone

Great stay! Denise was always attentive and agile in answering me and clarifying my doubts. The apartment is simple but comfortable, and the building is in front of the beach, which makes it much easier to get around. In addition, it is close to the bus station and the city mall (accessible by car).

Our stay was extremely peaceful. The house has all the infrastructure indicated, very organized and clean. The apartment of Gleyse is well tidy and close to the beach. Everything is close by, even laundry! Very nearby restaurant, in addition to the la plage mall.

The apartment and the condominium very cozy, beautiful pool and vegetation. Everything was clean and fixed, very safe. Also, the apartment was very complete, it has everything you have in a house. The beach is beautiful, it is crossing the street and includes umbrella service and sette on the beach, in addition, it is one of the best beaches we have known in the area. Highly recommended to rest. Quiet and family atmosphere. The host always responded, at the time we need to communicate with her. It's a place we'd go back to.
