We are leaving today, we have 5 days and the feeling is of not wanting to leave, the house is fantastic in every way! The view of the house, the noise of the sea, the structure of the house, nothing is missing, very spacious, with several bathrooms, several rooms, a barbecue with the perfect view of the sea, I took my pets and the house is totally safe, with a lot of space for animals, the carla is a wonderful person, it was super flexible with the time of entry and exit due to my pets and I had to travel the night, it was super considerate when I arrived at the house, the ze mustache homemade is 10000 note, very attentive and helpful, I will return more times, with ctz!!! The second time we stay there (each time in a different chalet) is the place is great, as well as being comfortable and well organized.

It was a great stay! The place is wonderful! Eneas village as well as we also love dogs, we traveled along with our little dog who could get to know the sea of Ilha das Cabras and the surroundings. Cida and Vitor were super attentive and helped us with everything we need. The accommodation is extremely well located, with an amazing view! Note 10!

The stay was great, the house is big, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was clean. Marizete has been very kind since I booked until the check-in and check-out moments. She was also flexible at check-in time. The condominium is very easy to find, the condominium staff was very kind, and it was easy to check in with them.

We had a great stay! We stayed in 11 people and the house behaved very well! Air-conditioned rooms, the great pool and every day went to clean the pool! Easy access to the beach, clean house and very well equipped kitchen! Condominium Gateway friendly and helpful! And Jade very helpful and quickly answered all the questions we had! I recommend the stay and we hope to return!

The house of Mr. Milton is perfect, with a very welcoming decoration where we feel like we are at home and with flawless cleaning. A differential of this space is to have air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and especially on the ground floor (entar/dining room/kitchen) where we spent most of the time. The condominium is small and very well taken care of with a swimming pool and very green, we have been in several couples, in families and the space was ideal to accommodate everyone. We had no problems with the stay, but Mr. Milton demonstrated request and available throughout the days of the stay, with excellent support from Mrs. Luciana who welcomed us with sympathy and a lot of attention. We love the place and will definitely be back!

Second time we stay at Antonio’s and theres a clear reason for it! The house is great, has everything and anything a person might need! Very clean, and Antonio is so available and kind. The beach is wonderful and pretty privatw. Its very immersed in nature! Would always reccomend and come back

We went to São Sebastião to take our children to a Futsal Championship. We love the house, the location and the beach that is very quiet and pleasant. I undoubtedly recommend the house of Mauricio!

dona Georgina very attentive from the beginning, her house is much better than in the photos ,what a delicious place,contact with nature ,so much so that my class did not want to go to the beach ,because in the house it was more delicious rs . Well clean ,organized ,there's everything ,pool ,little river down there a delight to refresh,we made pizza in the wood-fired oven, floor barbecue, in short... it's all they read in all the comments . Only gratitude for this fds ,and we will definitely be back .

Luiz always answered our messages quickly, even before we rent the property answered our questions etc. The check-in was great, Luiz received us at the house and gave all the instructions and some tips from restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very good, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, several bedrooms and living room with a very nice view of the beach. The location is great, on the ingenio beach, with the pier of the Aquabus next door. The beach is very good for swimming, quiet and has restaurants nearby. Also from to walk to the Center, and it is a cool walk seeing things. We made great use of the outside area of the house to have a barbecue and talk and it was great and super practical to have the beach as a backyard because it was very comfortable for all of us. The show and faucet of the house also greatly helped to remove salt and sand from the body every time we left the sea. We love and recommend it to everyone!

We had a great week! Max responded quickly every time we need it. The house is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are well equipped and quiet and the view from the house is wonderful. We plan to come back more often! :)

We had an amazing stay in a unique AirBnB with plenty of space. The managed neighborhood is run by very attentive staff and the beach was a dream!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

We were delighted with the place, a little piece of paradise on Earth. The little house is simple but super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean place, smelling bedding and full kitchen. The beach is private, wonderful, warm water, clean lawn, beach chairs available. Do to feel the care in every detail. I've barely returned home and I'm already counting the days to come back, God willing .

I booked Juliet's house to spend the weekend with some friends and Julieta was very friendly and the house and the beach are great. The house is very close to the beach that is beautiful and good for the family with children, has calm sea and local commerce with restaurants by the beach and also has many options of restaurants and other beaches, in addition to the Center, going by car, a recommendation for dinner near the house is the pizzeria @ semolino_ubatuba of the Italian pizzaiolo Emanuele prepared with natural fermentation dough that are a treat, worth a taste. It was an amazing weekend with a lot of sun and beach. My only question was that I would have liked to have taken my dogs but I ended up not taking it, not because Juliet refused my pet, but since they are big by the pictures I thought the fence would not hold them but I think the size would not be the problem with the exception of the corner part that needs a reinforcement and planting of a living fence, as in the rest.

The accommodation at Otávio's house was excellent! The house is exactly like the advertised photos. The location is great for those who want to forget the car in the garage. The Paúba beach is very close (about 200 meters from the house) and is a delight. Great for those who are with a child and like a quiet sea. The neighborhood is lovely There are some nearby groceries and a small restaurant near the very tasty little town. Otávio and Márcia were always on standby and responded quickly to us. We have delicious days and hope to return soon! Grata Otávio!!!
