Thomas is an excellent host, no doubt. Always request, gave tips on the surroundings and places for dinner. The house is extremely well located, tripped fell on the beach, sensational!!! Only caveats, the house needs some care and renovations, such as fans that do not give the message, the old stove and the oven does not work, we had problems with the discharge of two bathrooms, one fired all the time and the other did not fill. Some lamps burned in the barbecue area and the barbecue itself (barbecue) with structural problems, finally, the water does not have much pressure, both in the taps and in the showers, an important detail! Of all, between pros and cons, even under the above considerations, the house is still worth cost-benefit and especially the privileged location. Yes, we would rent again, adjusted the details, much more likely still!

We spent an excellent weekend in this house, Paulo was always available to answer questions and still made our arrival time very important due to the long trip. The site was well organized and accommodated very well 13 adults and 2 children, excellent walking experience in the sand, a quiet and safe beach. Good tour options and places to visit nearby. This is a place we will definitely return.

Second time we like to stay at Fernando's place. Everything spectacular. The place is wonderful. The beach with a family atmosphere that allows you to be very comfortable. The house is very nice and has all the things you need to be with your family and you don't need to bring anything extra. You can see that Fernando cares about making you feel at home, with many details that make a difference. Very grateful to have been able to stay there again and hope we can come back

The house corresponds to the ad, antique furniture, but clean and airy, good mattresses, equipped kitchen, large rooms, with the exception of the external suite where only one double bed fits, the inside has a very large suite and two good bedrooms served by a social bathroom, in front of the house there is a large balcony with barbecue, which has a reasonable privacy, as the front gate is a grid that gives partial vision for those passing through the street. The house served 10 people well, and the best is the proximity to the beach, 3 minutes is foot in the sand, where there are 2 kiosks that even work for dinner, and a market next door that meets the emergencies, tip to eat is the Hotel next door, Hotel 54, food good fair price, with lunch and dinner (they do not announce that they serve meals). Ludymila was a good host, responded in reasonable time, something important that could be clear in the listing is that the house does not offer bedding and towels. But we liked the house and the place and would come back.

House very top, spacious, with excellent decor and great household utensils. The mattresses, linen and towels are great, standard hotel. We stayed 06 days at the property and everything went very well. Mary and João are very friendly and helpful and helped us with some tour tips. When I think about staying in Ubatuba I'm sure I'll consider staying in this property!

Simply sensational, if I could give more stars with ctz would give! First that the house is beautiful, much more beautiful in person, it has everything, we have absolutely nothing missing, it perfectly served our status, well-equipped and complete kitchen, large and new bathrooms, air-conditioned rooms which is extremely important for the warm season. The pool is simply a delight, the gourmet area to reunite the family is sensational. My dogs loved the space, ran and played a lot! Leandro's extremely kind and cordial, responded to us quickly, and super helped us with indications of places to order a delivery! By far the best stadia in Caraguatatuba which we have already stayed! We are already scheduling the return.

We are very helpful in answering any questions, from the time of the confirmed booking. Mrs. Angélica who took care of the cleanliness and organization, very helpful and friendly.(included in the stay). We hired her to take care of our food too (not included in the stay). All very new and well served. Fortress, access to the Praia do Pulso, which is private of the condominium. We used to enjoy the beach until lunchtime and return home with the feast ready. The house is exactly like the photos, very clean and very close to the beach which makes it easy to access and avoids moving by car, the neighborhood is super quiet and offers security. Fernando always very helpful and proactive, he gave us all the necessary information and gave full support to the family, even took us for a quick motorboat tour, Dal also played an important role in this support. The family is already looking forward to returning as soon as possible...

The stay was very good, the house is excellent and very clean and organized. The Check-in was flexible, we delayed due to heavy rains in SP and Mr. Paulo waited for us to hand over the keys 1 hour late on our part. We'll be back soon.

Amazing modern, pristine-looking, well-equipped house, just right like the photos. Had an amazing time in Itamambuca with my family (3 small kids), and a good deal can be attributed to the house. Graça was very helpful with cleaning, laundering and cooking - she prepared some great Brazilian food for us. We'll come back!

The best-equipped accommodation I've ever been in, without a doubt! Hilda's space, in addition to being cozy and comfortable, has it all! We were impressed by the quantity of kitchen items, mainly. The directions for arriving at the site were super accurate and we did not have any problems with the boat transport. Communication with Hilda was perfect, we did not find any obstacle to answer questions and she was very concerned to know if everything was okay. We had great days, highly recommend the visit!

Our stay at Refugios at Praia Grande do Bonete was perfect. The house is beautiful, even better than in the pictures. It's comfortable, bright, full of beautiful details in each of the spaces. The kitchen is super equipped, the rooms have good beds and large mosquito nets for the bugs, beautiful bathrooms and three terraces with different views. The house is above the beach in a privileged location, in a couple of steps you are on the sand. It's a very quiet beach, usually with few waves, which is perfect for going with small children. Both Cafu (the landlord) and Miro ( the botero) were very friendly and helped us settle into the house and with the transfers whenever we need it. We hope to be back soon!
