I enjoyed my stay very much!

Apartment close to everything in a super safe area, it has everything you need. Only the air conditioning could improve a little since it is very small for the great heat it is but they have a fan that helps too much. Otherwise everything super and recommended. It has bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by. The beach is 3 blocks away

Very good experience. She is always very attentive, we were able to run the starting time. The location has the advantage of being right in front of the beach, a very quiet beach. A few meters from places to eat Nice view from the balcony. Highly recommended

Comfortable flat in great, safe feeling neighborhood. Very clean and bright. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Nearby Zona Sud market had great food court. Hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Great cozy place, in a great location.

There are many great things about this flat during our weekly stay; first of all, I must thank our host Suely for providing a loving place for us to stay, in such a convenient location and home-like atmosphere. Communication with Suely was flawless, punctual and accurate. We visited attractions by metro and Uber, all within 10-30minutes. Managed the daily walks to the beach and lake. Dont miss out the sunset on the beachfront, stunning. Plenty of options dinning out and kitchen is fully functional. Patio is a plus. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We had a fabulous time. The apartment is very comfortable and the views are spectacular. Very complete and the neighborhood is very nice. I recommend it.

Everything looked well , good price for the value , for those who are worrying by the AC like us , the place has 5 fans to make sure you will be okay . Really responsive and nice host , would surely recommend!

Roberta’s place was absolutely perfect. Wonderful design and great amenities. Roberta was a great host and was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is was extremely convenient on the border of Ipanema and Lablon. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach near post 10. Great restaurants and shopping were close by. We loved her place and would stay again the next time we visit Rio. I highly recommend!

My experience on Julia's Airbnb was just amazing! From the outset, she was a super attentive, helpful and always available host to help with any questions. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated and very cozy, with all the details designed to provide comfort. The location is also excellent, with easy access to sights, restaurants and transportation. It was a worry-free stay and extremely pleasant. I recommend 100% and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity. Thank you, Julia, for such a special experience!

Great accommodation, well located and equipped with everything (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven, stove, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, beach chair and sunguard…). Access to the building is easy and the garage tbm. It housed well 5 people, 2 on the sofa bed, 2 in a double bed and 1 person in a mattress on the floor. All comfortable. For food, great restaurants close to the apartment as well as the fully equipped kitchen for preparation. Finally, the only weak point is the incomplete bathroom box. During the bath the water ended up wetting the items outside the box. I believe that in fewer people, wet less and rest easy the cleaning logistics of the bathroom.

The place is according to the photos, very neatly tidy, all clean. The host offers everything of the best quality. I would only include one The Ventilator, air-conditioned but does not refresh so much in the bed part (I believe it is not so for everyone, I feel very warm). But my hosting was great. We'll be back for sure.

Cassiano was super responsive, we had a minor problem with the lock and he immediately replied even though it was a Sunday. He allowed us to bring my in-laws chihuahua without issues. Building is pristine all the time, well located in Icaraí and within steps of the beach, and many amenities. Well worth the price considering all the advantages.

perfect space to spend a few days in the river! the gatehouse is not 24 hours, which made me a little afraid, but the street gets so busy during the night that going out and entering the building is very quiet because the street is never empty, which is great! I highly recommend, Heloisa was very attentive and answered very quickly every time I had any questions!

For me that I stayed only the afternoon was perfect, as I didn't sleep, nothing was a problem for me. Martha is a very polite, kind and cosy person. He still let me arrive with precedence so I can stay and leave my bags. The only thing that would bother me if I stayed would be the slightly unpleasant smell of the environment and the cleanliness. I understand that you were rushed since I arrived before the scheduled time and that I rented for the same day. However, there are dirt that is clearly there for a while. Dust, hair and toilet in the toilet had tb hairs. But because of Martha's kindness, I believe that if I spoke she would easily solve these problems. As I said, for me that I spent only one afternoon was perfect. Positive point is the location, close to the market, pharmacy, metro and the Botafogo shopping mall.

The Luana accommodation is great. Very cozy, clean, bed linens and bathrooms. The stairway to the bed is very safe and the loft has great security. The displacement on the island is quiet, people are gentle and boats are always available. It is a great place to spend time alone or accompanied. Luana was very helpful, kind and offered clear instructions. We did not have problems with animals in the loft, but the island has a lot of mosquitoes (which is normal). I recommend this listing with my eyes closed. I will come back for sure.

Vilma was an excellent host. The place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is close to the city's biggest attractions. The experience was very positive overall, although as the only suggestion, the damp smell in the bathroom could be improved. Definitely "Would recommend this place and come back in the future."

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

I really like the loft. Clean, smelling, impeccable linens, all organized, excellent location, commerce nearby, being able to do everything on foot. Front apartment, debauched, clear, airy, overlooking the beach of Icaraí. Excellent.
