We had a great stay, the apartment is great, as are the photos. I highly recommend it, we stayed 4 nights, but I would like to stay a month, we really felt at home.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which met our needs as advertised. The apartment has a well-equipped and functional kitchen (balcony and indoor). The condominium is spacious, has a large and very nice swimming pool, provides the ice to take things to the beach. Sander was attentive and answered all my questions. He allowed me to take my yourshire. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is great. Thank you!!

Exceptional accommodation, well located, comfortable, impeccable decoration, the preparation of the room, everything wonderful, with table set waiting for us, the condominium is a paradise, ice machine, swimming pool.. there are things that have price and other value, in this case it was worth every penny!! a lot of show

Our experience at Dirce's apartment was great! The space is exactly as described, very well located and comfortable. Communication with the host was always quick and clear, which made our stay much easier. We had an unforeseen issue with our accommodation in another city and ended up staying longer in Ubatuba, and everything was resolved without problems. Great stay for my parents. Itamambuca beach is the best in the area for lots of activities. Be aware that some things (like kayak rentals) are only open on weekends during shoulder seasons (visited in March). Everything in the house was perfect, and Catia was a great host. The house and grounds are gorgeous, and it was easy to keep cool with 2 air conditioning units. Exceptional stay!

Guilherme's space is very cozy, he always answered all our questions promptly, Camila, who helped us with cleaning and meals, was wonderful. The only drawback is the traffic, for the period we went, for those who like to drive to other beaches, I suggest renting in less busy periods Now, for those who want peace and quiet, the hard beach is the right place.

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The place is fantastic, it brings a feeling of peace and rest just to be there, the creek and the house are much more beautiful than in the pictures , it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely go back again.

I've been renting properties for years on the app and rarely does anything exceed my expectations. That was the case this time. The house is better than we imagined: nice, spacious, airy and comfortable, very close to the best stretch of beach in the region. In addition to being well maintained, it had great utensils for an excellent stay. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!

The Host is very attentive and responds quickly. The very clean, organized apartment has all the utensils you need to spend a few days. If you like tall pillows, I recommend taking your own pillows. The building is great, the indoor heated pool area with sauna and whirlpool is what most captivates me in the rainy days of Ubatuba. I would come back more often, hope God will give me this opportunity!

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

It was great. We loved the place. Very quiet, very helpful hosts. Easy access to boating. Everything very clean and working. The fact of having a washing machine makes everything easier. the guidelines were very clear. we managed to get in and out quietly. The pool and the view from above is very beautiful. I definitely recommend it.
