Our house is simple but very comfortable because it is a clean, spacious and well equipped environment. Ideal for groups of up to 8 people or for couples and families (with kids) or for couples and families (with kids). This space will be a HOME FOR you ! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, excellent differential for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (peq).

excellent accommodation for travelers with no private vehicle, house has no parking and everything is done on foot,in less than 10 min. Simple but very welcoming accommodation, very small and cozy space very well equipped (kitchens with a variety of utensils) Bairro Festeiro 5 min walk to the historic center and also to the commercial center of the city, simple neighborhood of the periphery of paraty, and very accessible to the near supermarket and pharmacy , bakeries, etc. i do not receive after 6 pm

Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Fica a 10 minutos de carro do Centro Histórico de Paraty (10km) e 3 minutos de carro da Prainha e do cais para acesso aos barcos e ilhas da região, acesso acessível para locomoção sem carro, da rodovia até a casa possui 300 metros . Aceitamos apenas 1 pet de porte pequeno.

House located at the end of Jabaquara beach, one of the best neighborhoods in Paraty. Super quiet with garage for 2 cars. New house decorated with a lot of affection, so that they feel good . Air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi , room with smart TV, netflix and sky. Barbecue area and external shower. The house can accommodate up to 10 comfortable people. Note: The 300 mts of the beach house is unpaved street (with large rainy periods, there may be puddles of water), welcome! 😀
