Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praia do Rosa

The stay at Daniela's house was perfect. We didn't know the area and it was our first time going to that area of Brazil, so everything was new and wonderful. The place is a paradise, well Brazilian and close to a magical beach (Praia do Luz). The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for a great vacation and above it left us two stand up paddle boards that we use in the lagoon (it's 50 meters away). I would even say that the photos don't do the house justice and its amenities. Daniela was always attentive and very quick to answer any questions. A great host

Wonderful place great for those who want to rest

Perfect house, large house, large outdoor area, large rooms and beds with air conditioned in all environments of the house. Equipped kitchen with no details.

We had an excellent stay. Marcos and his wife were always predisposed to what we needed. The house is very comfortable, very equipped and very cozy. They also have a very friendly dog that greeted us daily. Would definitely go back!

The house is extremely well located, next to the center of Praia do Rosa and at the same time with a lush view of the sea and the lagoon. External environment with pool and barbecue grill very good! Well-equipped Le Creuset Dishes and Pots. Of negative point, the lack of maintenance would be the only thing: the electrical part below (we took a few shocks), some spotted towels and very old and uncomfortable living room sofas. Host is very helpful and Mrs. Elena promptly responds and solves everything!

The apartment we stayed is beautiful, smelling, all prepared with details to make the guest at ease since the arrival, which begins with a walk around the property. The outer area is amazing, of a peace, with the noise of the birds. We were still greeted by the dogs, very cute and playful. The location is great for choosing different beaches such as Barra de Ibiraquera, Ribanceira, da Vila, or to jump on the busy night of Garopaba, where the trade is varied. It was a great experience and I intend to return with the whole family

Excellent hosting and well equipped apartment. It is a few meters from Gamboa beach. Excellent restaurants very close to the accommodation. Private parking and new accommodations being built next door. Only two “negative” points: - The water tank appeared to be on top of the listing and any apartment that turned on the shower was a repetitive noise. - There was only one fan for two bedrooms. As the weather was nice mild, it was not necessary to use two. I really enjoyed the hosting and getting to know Gamboa beach, I plan to return soon.

Great experience, the apartment features a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a great bathtub, in addition to the amazing view of the cozy balcony. It also has all the facilities to enjoy the beach of Silveira.

The apartment is very nice and has an exceptional view. It is equipped with everything necessary for a couple, the common spaces are very comfortable. We had to stay one more night because of weather issues and the host always responded very kindly and interested for helping us, it's definitely a place we'd like to come back to.

Very quiet and nice stay. Kind and solicitous hosts. Although the courtyard is divided as a listing, they are extremely discreet and leave guests in complete privacy. Very quiet environment.

Amazing house with a structure Complete and great hosts

Maravillosa casa en Praia do Rosa!!! Ana's house is located in the Lagoa Azul condominium next to the Laguna de Ibiraquera. The place is very accessible from the route and is very comfortable to go to the different beaches (by car is 20 minutes to Praia do Rosa). The house is spacious, comfortable, bright, cool, nicely decorated and equipped, with good beds and showers, everything works perfect, has a pool and a large gallery with grill. It has four en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunks. In total it's five full bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, with dishwasher and freezer. It has an excellent cleaning service (paid separately). The house is very safe because it is inside a condominium. Cerca hay Supercados. Ana was really nice to us and responded quickly. Maria Helena welcomed us and attended us in a super friendly way. It was an unforgettable experience for us and we hope to be able to come back!!! Thank you Ana and Maria Helena!

Our hosting was very quiet and pleasant. The house offers all the amenities and utensils for a good stay, even on rainy days. The balcony surrounded by the trees, with a table for meals and hammocks available was our preferred location. The location is perfect and safe, super close to the main centrinho street, restaurants, markets, etc., and also easily accessible to the beach (18 min by a quiet trail). We don't use the car for anything in six days, avoiding spending on parking lots and also the narrow streets of Rosa, which on busy days can be somewhat challenging. Max was an excellent, helpful and responsive host.

Great little spot!

We had a beautiful family vacation, the house complied with all the comforts since we were 9 people, everything was in place and very safe everything!!! The descent to the beach was sometimes complicated as we were with two seniors but getting to that place with so much privacy is worth it and a lot!!!

Impeccable house! Great location, we did everything by walk! You can feel the care of Monica in every corner of the house, which is beautiful, cozy. Town hall does not want to leave. We will be back for sure! Thank you Monica! You and your home are exceptional!

Sabrina's place is very well located near the beach and close to the center you do everything on foot Very friendly staff and the place has a fascinating look and energy

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.
