One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed: exactly as in the listing, it's well-rested, new furniture, clean linens, appliances all working perfectly, shower too. The house was super smelly when we arrived. The rooms are air-conditioned, which is great. Good location (side of the main avenue). The password key helps a lot in coming and going, the garage holds a large car. I just don't give 5/5 stars because we can't find basic supplies like sugar, salt, oil, dishwasher. Only water available in filter. However, this didn't take away the experience at all, it was worth it! We will definitely return :)

Our stay was perfect! The house is even more beautiful in person. Fernando was very attentive and cordial, the communication with him was very good. I highly recommend the house! The pool is air-conditioned/heated, a delight. The very good location, the beach that is nearby is beautiful and calm. We will certainly be back!

What an amazing place!!! We had a great stay, the house is wonderful and safe. I went with 4 Irish friends and they loved it and we enjoyed it a lot. The beach is on the same street and is a beautiful beach. Omar and Vanusa were extremely attentive and helped us with everything we need. It was a 10 note experience. Memorable memories. Thank you!! I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. i only have gratitude to Donizete!. The place is safe, clean, good neighborhood, commerce within the condominium for a high price but it has a lot of security, there is a beach facing the condominium, the house is far from the concierge to go to the beach without the vehicle. The condominium has a means of transport (bus), the house has a swimming pool but not recommended for children is an adult swimming pool of medium depth about 1.40 deep and all for a shallow place, the good one that is a vinyl swimming pool which guarantees a good temperature for the water seems heated, the house is excellent but could have a snooker table if you take a day without a beach like a rainy day will be punished. air conditioning in the rooms, good showers, but it was an excellent experience. I just have to thank the host.

Super indico, I loved the house and the place, I was super well served by host Ronaldo and his wife Rita, my children had a lot of fun, very quiet place, quiet neighborhood, cozy atmosphere and family, the house perfectly accommodates a family of 5 people, I will come back more times 👏👏👏👏

We loved the stay, we had a great weekend of fun and rest. The condominium has condominium and very friendly security, it is beautiful, quiet and is very close to the beach. The house is wonderful, has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning, fans and comfortable beds, the kitchen is well equipped with household utensils, large and clean bathrooms. In the outdoor area there is barbecue, pizza oven, a huge pool overlooking mountains. The house itself is simple, but well-equipped and cozy. The place is well located, close to markets and places to eat. It has a large market as “Atacadão” with affordable prices. Salvatore is very attentive and helpful, he took all the questions that came before and during the accommodation, was very flexible in relation to Check-in and Check-out.  We will definitely be back again!

The house of Letícia is exactly like in the pictures, with lots of privacy, warmth and made us feel at home! Very close to Maresias beach! On foot has nearby restaurants such as Subway, Terral, Badaue, The German, centrinho, etc. The Host is a sweet person, extremely kind and proactive for our needs! We love our days and we will definitely return! Extra point for the Sivaldo homemade, polite and kind person. You can go without fear!!! Kitchen and BBQ area equipped with everything you need for a beautiful barbecue, lunch, dinner… Clean bathrooms, super clean room with air conditioning, space for pets to run and have fun, well tasty pool to relax post beach! i really enjoyed the stay in the house and recommend that others rent it very good only one point that it is good to inform in the listing that the pool is paid, but apart from that the whole house everything that the house offered everything that the Alfre among us offered was very good

We spent wonderful days at Felipe's place. It exactly matches the description of the listing, all well organized, very quiet surroundings. I went with my wife, family and 2 pets. We recommend it to everyone!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

What an amazing experience we had at Regina's accommodation! It was our first time using Airbnb, and after our stay with Regina, we are looking forward to always choosing this type of hosting from now to the front. The apartment was spotless, with a very tasteful decoration, full of pampering. It had everything we needed, including utensils to prepare any meal we wanted. On the corner, there was a very accessible supermarket, where we found everything, chopped fruits, breads, dishes and prepared meats. The location allowed us to explore all the neighboring cities we wanted to know. We leave with renewed energy to work harder and enjoy this experience again in the future. In addition, the condominium offered excellent amenities such as sauna, gym and indoor pool and outdoors, all very well cared for and clean. Even on raining days, we were able to make the most of it. It was a Calma and Relaxante stay. The accommodation is the same as the photos, my husband and I love the location, very quiet, has several markets near, meat house, bakery. And we were well received, Tuane always proactive, caring a great host.

Edio was extremely understanding and flexible throughout the stay. I had a problem going and I ended up late for check-in, and Edio was extremely patient. It also allowed us to check out later. The house is beautiful, very well cared for, close to the beach and comfortable.
