It's all very clean, extremely close to the beach. Great beach, very quiet with few people and still with beach service available. The place is in great condition and the apartment is very quiet even though it is in front of the avenue. The view from the window to the guava tree and the shade was also a very nice thing. The electric shower is very good with a lot of pressure in the water. I recommend and I will definitely be back.

Conveniently located apartment, comfortable for 3 people and with useful equipment. Excellent price- apartment.Riam responded to all our inquiries quickly and efficiently. The only drawback we had was the Wi-Fi service. We know it's not up to the host, but good sign is necessary.

A quiet place to rest as a family, with a pool and access to the beach, which is very nice and quiet. Lucas and Mía welcome you in a very warm and friendly way.

The place is spectacular, very modern and excellently equipped. From dishwasher and washing machine, to tea kettle, fryer and rice cooker. Baulera con reporseras, transport cart, umbrella, borers, conservative to take to the beach!. Up to needle and yarn for sewing and necessary cleaning elements. The building is extremely modern and has its rules, exclusive exit to go to the beach (with external shower). The pool water is heated! We spent our evenings/evenings enjoying it, which is normally not very busy. Geovana welcomed us and showed us all the amenities, both she and Gustavo were always helpful and very friendly. It is about 2 blocks from the beach, it rises to Sabor do Mar. The beach at that height has been enlarged and looks beautiful! we had been told that it was very narrow when the tide rises, but none of this happened. The building is mts from Super Braulio, 2 blocks away there are several restaurants and venues.

We stayed 14 days with my wife and my two daughters. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, impeccable bathrooms, it has everything that appeared in the listing. The condominium is good quality, clean, we were able to use the pool that is always spotless, also the games room, the gym . It has a market in the same condominium for basic stuff. It has a bar next to the pool for simple and rich lunch and dinner. It's quiet, great place to rest. On the beach they give you the lounge chairs and the umbrellas. The area is quiet and the sea is calm. Bruna did not give the directions and it was all ok, we would love to return.

I really like our days, Katy always asks a lot and attentive. The flat was great, and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Air in all the rooms and a lot of space, all very wide. We like it very much, thank you! 💕
