Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia Pero

The high point of the site is certainly the view, really striking! A beautiful sunset, the sea has an incredible color, and the view of the beach completes the scenery. It deserves good hours of balcony contemplation. The apartment has air-conditioning in the two bedrooms, which helps a lot to sleep quietly and free of mosquitoes or mosquitoes. The place is very isolated, good for disconnecting and resting. It's worth taking what you need so you don't have to go to the city to buy. For basic things, there is a mini market in the condominium that can handle an emergency. The beach was with the sea well agitated, and the water cooled, but it seems that it is not always this way, it has times when the sea is calmer. If you are not in the mood to cook, just access the restaurant , which will have a full menu for all meals. A few steps you are on the beach with all available chair , sun umbrellas and great restaurant service. It is worth noting that the place has a team of super friendly collaborators, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. 👊😎🏝️

Our stay was great. Sérgio was very receptive. The air-conditioning was a positive differential. The negative point is to have only one bathroom and the refrigerator is not freezer. The most recommended is would rent again.

Silvia is super helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable because it has two bathrooms, with an incredible view, good services and strategically located to access by walking to the beaches Azeda, Azedinha, Ossos and Joao Fernández and in the center, where most of the restaurants are. There are supermarkets a few meters away and stop of colectivos and vans 100 mts to go to other more distant beaches or to Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. Very good experience. We will be back!

Cozy apartment, exactly as in the pictures; being on the first floor it even has a backyard, and a great gourmet area. Emilson was requested and his mother welcomed us with great sympathy.

Excellent apartment a few minutes walk from the stunning Praia das Dunas with beach views from the side balcony. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle yet easily walkable to a plethora of restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with all amenities thought of for entertaining, cooking, etc. Very helpful and friendly host who knows the area and provided some really good suggestions on things to do. Highly recommended!

The place is super comfortable, it has everything to spend a few great days. Spacious and with all the details. Internet anda de 10! It is important to know that it is very quiet, everything closes early and if you are looking to go out at night you must go out cold or arraial do cabo. These literal 50 meters from the beach, closest impossible! The water and sand on that beach is second to none. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

Every year we hold the family event and are happy to choose the house of Marilene. We were greeted by the owners as friends. Since the layout of the rooms is well integrated, no matter if it was in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue, it was possible to interact and talk. The house seems to be a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. The shower I found it a luxury. I had not taken such a tasty bath in a long time ago. We went to the beach that is from the housekeeper and amazed... quiet with the hottest water in Buzios. We really love it! Thank you for a special weekend.

We stayed 6 days in the house and it was a peace!! Quiet, quiet place and a lot of privacy. Very attentive and helpful host. I highly recommend it.

The house is better than the photos, bigger and better view, good location, the playa do canto for my taste the best, close to restaurant but with the silence necessary to rest, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the house is spectacular!!! Detail to be clarified, the person from the "toilet" does not make toilets prepare breakfast and lunch, for 300 reais!! It would have been good to know sooner to make an informed decision. The first floor bathrooms had a bad smell, we cleaned them and the smell passed. But they were minor details for the spectacular of the place!!

The house is very wide, 4 baths make a difference for a large group as we were. Some mattresses are bad, for minor children watch out, but we had to put it on the ground because you could feel the footstool! The rest very good, bedding ok, pillows ok, cleaning ok. Salomão, very attentive and polite pool! Great stay! we intend to return!

Thais, the hostess was very nice every time we contacted and with the check-in time with us it was flexible and we really appreciate it. The apartment's location is very good, it's close to the whole downtown and food trucks. Overall everything was great. We had an amazing few days!! Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Flaviane's apartment. Everything was perfect, the condominium was excellent, safe, more for the children who were going to play on the court. The towels had a beautiful smell that lasted the entire stay. The only thing that at least we need and that is missing is a washing machine, but everything else more than great. The waterfront location is beautiful. Flaviane solved a problem with the parking which I really appreciate. He always responded quickly and very predisposed. We want to come back soon !

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Unbeatable location. The surroundings are quiet and with all amenities nearby. The view of the apartment is amazing, beachfront. It has the basics to spend a few comfortable days. The condomino is really cute. Renata was a very good host, quickly answering all inquiries. We arrived later than expected and he was very accommodating. We will definitely be back !

Very good place, quiet and with a very good pool

Very nice place, beautiful view, quiet, the accommodation, it had everything you need to be comfortable and cook if you need it, the pool is clean and warm, the sector is very quiet, private, good security. The very attentive hosts, they responded to us, gave us indications of beaches, supermarket etc. and made it clear to us if we needed sheets or towels, with an additional cost that each one sees whether to accept or not (I recommend bringing repellent since there is a lot of beautiful vegetation and humidity).
