It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. The house has everything you need. Thank you very much for our unforgettable vacation!!!

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

Firstly the hosts were responsive from the moment we booked to right through to check out. It helps they live on-site so when we had questions/issued Tas was with us instantly. The house has an incredible wow factor, and the heated pool and outside setting was to die for. Perfect for a general pool party / bbq party. What we especially liked as 3 couples with babies and toddlers, Tas has a “just like home approach” meaning we were not at all worried about the kids. The house is well equipped and had 3 high chairs and cots (with matresses). The bedrooms are wonderful and beds very comfortable, for an old house even the shower pressure was good. This region is rural so with water nearby do expect the usual flies/bugs/mozzie. That said, I was not biten all week and there were ample citronella aids (raid) left in kitchen for us along with a welcome hamper. Hosts are English and cater for a UK audience very well. Noise was never a problem and we felt at ease al week.

This beautiful Gite was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful location, the well kept grounds and the beautiful pool area which we only sometimes shared with the 2 occupants of the smaller gite. Often, we had it to ourselves. Chris and Debbie were really lovely and helpful with lots of recommendations- from markets to local restaurants. They set up a private chat group when we arrived so they could be on call if required and pass on any useful information. Debbie arrived at our door one day as we headed out for a trip with a cool box, which was a lovely gesture . On another day, she arrived at the pool with a jug of chilled sangria. Their lovely friendliness contributed to our enjoyment of this property. As someone who is often a gourmet buffet for local insect life, the mosquito nets over the beds were very welcome. Our girls loved the grounds, including the swing next to the gite, although the pool made it for them. We would happily recommend it to everyone we know.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

Accommodation in a very peaceful and quiet environment. The house has lots of charm, and the unoverlooked heated pool is lovely. The house was very clean as well as the linens. Self check-in and checkout, which went very well. If you have any questions, Emmanuel is very responsive. Only small downside, for a house intended for 6 people only 3 stem glasses and the space in the living room is not intended for 6 people. Otherwise the rest is perfect!

We had a pleasant stay at Alexiane and Clément's. They were welcoming and very responsive. Once again, thank you for everything.

We spent 5 days (with our two teenagers) very nice in this beautiful house that has everything from the family home. It is located quietly but 5 mins from the village of Montpezat and close to the visits we had scheduled . Our hosts have been discreet but responsive to each request. The pool was welcome .

A great stay. We spent a week in this tastefully renovated country house! Everything is there! The parents of the hosts welcomed us with kindness and gave us lots of useful tips for the stay! The place is perfect for a change of scenery away from any networks, without wifi! Everything was great! Thank you

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

Very nice accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very nice and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not the barbecue season but it makes you want to come back!

Most relaxing weekend, everything is done for the well-being of visitors. We loved the wellness area and the massage offered by Claire who is a very pleasant host and available if needed The nearby village is superb and within walking distance. The environment is conducive to calm and well-being. We will be back.

A nice place, clean, true to photos. We had a very pleasant stay in Périgord Noir as well as in the house proposed by Thierry, who was also a very pleasant host! You can go there without second, thank you again for everything ☺️💐

Perfect for a holiday with friends with little ones. Everyone has their own privacy with the bedrooms at each end of the house and their own bathroom and toilet.

The place was great: very clean, well-equipped and as described. We were warmly welcomed with a delicious cake. The hosts are really kind and caring. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure!

Great weekend with the family in great calm and close to Sarlat and its surroundings for beautiful visits.

Self check-in. The house is located in a small hamlet in a quiet area and close to the national road It is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Overall we had a nice stay. I recommend, you can validate without a second thought!

I was traveling with my colleague for work, Jean-Claude showed me around the space and explaining how it works. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had enough to prepare breakfast on site, a big thank you for this generosity! The house is spacious, the place is very peaceful and quiet, which is nice. There is space to park 2 cars in front of the house and there are 2 car parks very close to the house. Jean-Claude was responsive and responded to our messages quickly. i recommend it!
